Ace Relocation Systems Los Angeles

I am not it will suffice to type a paragraph about how horribly this went. When you spend 6000$ on a local move, expectations are high; but things were damaged, I was fined by my landlord fined us for how messy the house was left, I had to make two trips back in my own car to collect things from the bathroom, bedrooms, and kitchens.

Everything was nice, with excellent service of packing, transportation and delivery except for how late I got my stuff (like 1.5 months after I messaged). I understand things were booked and so don't blame you (hence 4/5 star rating), but 1.5 months without desk/chair/bed made me unhappy :/

Great communication throughout the process. Our moving teams were top notch. The only small negative is that it wasn't clear to me how much time we had to edit items for our move. We ended up moving some items ourselves and when we shared that with our coordinator, she said it was too late. Our load ended up being nearly 3000 lighter than estimated (even though we did not move 3000 lbs of items) but we get no credit back for that.

They were professional. Met the schedule exactly. None of our items were damaged.

Ace Relocation crew members who moved my furniture were professional and kind, the face of Ace Relocation Systems. They kindly answered questions on a stressful day, yet their collective calm working together installed calmness in me as well providing reassurance. The 3 movers to be commended are: Jose Tovar, Osvaldo Diaz and Raymond Alva. Prior to the move Jeanine Dominque was very helpful and supportive in helping set up everything for the move. She patiently worked with me as I took pictures of my furniture and submitted pictures. Ms. Dominque professionalism is to be commended as well. Lastly, Ms. Jeantte in Management is to be commended for listening to my frustration when I clearly did not understand everything and worked with me. Yes, I have already referred Ace moving company to 2 other individuals and will always be grateful for a smooth, calm move day. Thank you all very...
