AAD Inspection Corp

I was told by my realtor that AAD would be extremely thorough, and I was not disappointed. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and informative. I would recommend them to anyone.

It is not often that, in this day and age, one can say that a business consistently goes above and beyond what is expected. Customer satisfaction, in many cases today, means barely meeting the standards and hoping you don't get a phone call to fix something that you didn't do correctly in the first place. In the case of AAD Home Inspections, that is clearly not the case.

We bought a foreclosure in August of this year, and, although mostly in sound condition, it had been vacant for a couple of years and suffered from neglect. I thought it a very good idea to have a home inspection, and towards that end, I looked for a reputable company.

I had questions regarding the home inspection report that concerned me. I called the office and hours later the owner personally called me. I have to admit I am not the easiest customer to deal with as I like thing done a certain way. The owner addressed my concerns and we came to a solution that worked for the both of us. The report was very easy to read, easy to follow, and provided in depth descriptions as well as a summary list of issues and recommendations. For the inspection on my first home, i used AAD Inspection. Their reports are significantly more detailed and thorough that i would have expected. There were even suggestions on how to go about fixing some issues. Overall, they were professional, timeley, and made my home inspection the easiest part of my h omebuying experience.
