From the initial phone call to AAD to meeting our home inspector, Dustin we knew we were in goods hands and would have a good understanding and educated decision making when it came to finalizing the offer we made on the home.
We arrived at the home at the end of the inspection and Dustin gave us an awesome ground up recap of everything he just witnessed and competently answered all of our questions. Not only was Dustin very thorough and well spoken he was a very nice and easy going.
We received our completed home inspection the next evening as promised and we now have personalized manual of the home we will be purchasing and a great reference tool going forward. Money well spent!

Mike came out to our new home and spent the afternoon going through it from top to bottom. He then spent additional time with me reviewing his findings. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail. Afterwards, we were sent a very thorough, detailed report with pictures of each issue (50 pages!), a brief summary, and a list of providers for anything we may need to have addressed. Mike made sure to address the things which although they are not currently issues, will lead to issues in the future if they are not monitored. In his written summary, he included how we can address some of the things which wouldn't require calling a professional for. This was very important to me because my husband was not available to come with me to meet Mike after the inspection, so having these things in writing to provide my husband will help me insure these things are taken care... AAD has until now one of the best home inspectors that we have work with. They are very thorough in their inspection and its all in color pictures, well explain.
