I arrived at 1:00 P.M. for the home inspection. Keith was already there and had completed the exterior inspection. He then shared his findings with me.
We entered the premises to begin the interior inspection. I found his demeanor to be respectful, attentive & accomodating, He began his inspection
which required 2 hours +/- in the course of which I interjected with brief questions. Needless to say he was very thorough. After the inspection was
completed, we were joined by my spouse and our realtor for the summary details. He found no glaring discrepancies and said the full inspection report
would be available in 24 hours. Upon reviewing the report, we were very impressed by the numerous recommendations for owners new to Idaho. In
