These guys are awesome! We recently moved from Baltimore to Boston and used the flat rate service with packing and guaranteed delivery date included. In just ~5 hours, the team packed up and loaded our entire 1bd/1ba apartment - we didn't even lift a finger! We received our items just two days later, and the delivery team led by Mario was quick and efficient in bringing everything to its desired location and rebuilding disassembled furniture. Everything was expertly packed - nothing broke or was damaged aside from a few hangers. The teams on both ends were punctual, professional, and communicative, and customer service was excellent throughout - Guy helped me with generating my quote and scheduling my move, and Autum coordinated with me leading up to the move and even checked in during pickup and delivery to make sure everything was going smoothly.
