I represent the organization ICPRB in Rockville, MD. 495 Movers, Inc. was one of four moving companies that I interviewed and met with to execute our office move in Fall 2024. The Sales staff was clear about their pricing and answered all my questions as well as provided recommendations to make our move go smoothly. We used 495 Movers for a two-step move: they moved about 30 boxes to our basement for a first floor renovation happening soon, and they also moved about a dozen boxes to our temporary apartment. Jose and Hermano were great. They were quick, friendly and very professional. It was a lot of work, but they never seemed annoyed frustrated or tired. My son also used 495 Movers in 2022 to move from Maryland to Brooklyn, and had an equally good experience.
As a side note, another reason we support them is because they moved furniture for many Israeli families who came here after 10/7/2023. That got my vote!

We moved from DC to Atlanta and had to store everything with 495 in between. We had hundreds of boxes, tons of furniture and countless breakable, precious and valuable items. Every single thing arrived in perfect condition. And the office staff as well as the moving crews were a pleasure to work with. 495 Movers is a fantastic company.

Great experience. DMV to NY move. They got back to me immediately after I put in the request online. Easy to work with, reasonably priced (and less expensive than a few others), friendly, and they checked in constantly. 495 was top-rate. The crew worked hard, efficiently and congenially. Not a thing was broken or damaged. They followed the building’s rules to a T. They were even prepared to carry our sofa up 11 flights of stairs! Fortunately, they figured out a way to fit it in the elevator. 😃 Alk at a fair price. Highly recommended.
