The team was not only prompt, they were very courteous and efficient with the move. Gustavo (I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) was very polite and kept me involved throughout the process. The move took a little longer than I expected, but that is on me, I need to get rid of some of my stuff (lol).
The only issue that I encountered was paying for the services rendered at the end of the move. I was told that Zelle was an option; however, certain banks will not allow a transaction of no more than $500 a day. My advise would be to have customers check with their banks the day prior to the move to ensure that there is no issue with the payment.
