I recently did an out of state move with 495 Movers from Maryland to North Carolina and their service was stellar every step of the way. I had two personal referrals for this company: one from a family member who had done a similar out of state move and the other from my real estate agent who is also a family friend. Despite their glowing reviews, I also decided to get two other quotes just to do my due diligence. 495's quoting process was far more transparent than the other movers, and was weight based rather than volume based. 495 Movers were extremely helpful from beginning to end. Dean not only answered all my questions but went out of his way to adjust time and date for the video call. The estimate was reasonable. This was a move I really didn't want to do but it was necessary. Gustavo's team was very professional and sympathetic. I sat and waited in the lobby of my building during the move. Each time they came down with a load of boxes the team acknowledged my presence. And setting up the doll cases upon arrival, Gustavo was extremely fastidious to make sure they were even and in the same position that they were originally.
