We used them to move from WV to MA back in 2019, and they were EXCELLENT. Their customer service was top notch, they got us moved quickly, and nothing was lost or broken! Of note: One of the items they moved for us was an antique organ, and it arrived perfectly intact!

From an efficient quote process, excellent pre-move communication, careful and expert on site movers, to delivery aftercare this company is totally there for you at all the right touch points. Super proactive and communicative. Does exactly what they say and more! I used 495 movers for an interstate move with 10 months of storage. We have really really fragile, antique, and expensive things. Everything survived. No marks on walls at old home or new. Just phenomenal.

From start to finish, the moving team worked together as one unit - swiftly, efficiently, with incredible professionalism. We had to move twice in a period of 6 months and used 495 movers both times for local moves. At every point they were professional, hard working, and careful. The great customer service leading up to the move was reassuring and the movers themselves were fast, yet very attentive. I would have no hesitations recommending 495 movers to anyone.

Our move was a complex, multi location, multi date move. Phase one was moving many boxes and furniture to storage with drop off to two family members. The crew was amazing! Arrived promptly at 8am, walked the house to make a plan, got to work immediately. Took great care to wrap & protect all furniture and fragile items. Worked nonstop until the truck was ready. Checked inside and out to make sure all items going to storage were on the truck. Drop offs went smoothly and efficiently! . Now preparing for move #2. Highly recommend 495 Movers!
