They're professional, respectful, patient, clean, fast, careful, and super attentive to their customers. I had such a great experience again and totally recommend them!

The team of workers from 495 Movers were great. They were on time, professional, courteous and flexible. They worked efficiently and were responsive to and respectful of our needs. The administrative side of things could have been better. There were too many redundant calls about the same or similar topics from different people, giving the impression that communication within the organization could have been more efficient. Also, the multiple emails regarding insurance caused confusion. Overall, the experience was great and I would recommend 495 Movers to family and friends.

Used 495 movers to move my storage units stuff to my new home. The movers were on time, quick, and careful with my things. Entire move took about 2 hours. Definitely would recommend them anyone

With the free packing materials, great customer service and the professionalism of the guys who show up at my door!! They are always communicative and on time! They were kind, helpful and went above and beyond even what I scheduled to be done. No scratches no issues they were great and very efficient. I plan on using them the next time I move. I just moved and the company I used I would never use again nor would I recommend them “All” I got was a headache broken walls, destroyed items and trouble for what I paid. Which was too much. I wish I had known about 495 prior but I do now!

I truly had an excellent experience with this moving company. Ron was my point of contact -- ensured everything ran smoothly, I paid exactly what was discussed up front, and my items were delivered intact and on time with no damage or issue. Everyone I worked with was transparent and easy to follow up with. Highly recommend. Plus I moved from VA to CA and it could've been a lot more stressful but due to Ron and the rest of the team, it went very smoothly.
