Broke our heavy and expensive porcelain vase during delivery. I had a mounted puzzle glued together and supported by backer board. They transported the pieces without wrapping the whole thing and delivered it with missing pieces. I suggest that you keep your eye on the packers every move as much as you can. Otherwise, you’ll guaranteed to have broken or missing items like I did. Contact their customer support immediately and file a claim. Customer Service is wonderful and makes up for the poor delivery service that’s why I only took 1 star away.

Milton and his crew took every precaution to ensure that our items were protected. They accommodated our every request as well. Karla and Autumn in the office were wonderful and responsive, too. I was in a bit of a pinch after the mover I hired backed out at the last minute, but 495 stepped in and we could not be more thankful.

Our experience with 495 Movers was outstanding from the moment I called for an estimate to when they left our condo after they were done. Every member of the staff was friendly and professional in their interactions with us. They provided us with moving supplies (boxes, packing materials, tape, etc.) and checked with us several times (via emails and phone call) on if we needed anything. On move day, the movers were on time, packed the truck in an efficient manor, unloaded the truck quickly, and put everything where we wanted it. We highly recommend them.

Timely, efficient, and respectful!

Fantastic moving company. Every person I interacted with was polite, professional and on time. I recommend them 100%. My move was a bit tricky as I was unable to personally receive my furniture. My 90+ year old Mom and my sister were on the receiving end, and had nothing but good things to say about the care and service of the movers. Thanks for a great move!

Good experience overall very flexible

I love 495 Movers because they were efficient, organized and quick! We walked through the house first, discussed our vision of how the move should go and they immediately set out making it happen. They completed the move in the time frame they gave us and we couldn’t be happier! The move was seamless!
