I wish I could remember the name of our technician, but he was EXTREMELY helpful and taught me a lot. During the summer most places take too long. 32 came the evening I called! And had the parts the next day!! Very efficient and friendly 😊

Marisol at 32 Degrees squeezed me in because my elderly mother air conditioner was acting funny. They came on time and did a great job.
In a time when good, honest and professional people are hard to find I am so glad I found them.

So early spring my AC at work and home went out. Each one was more than 20 years old and needed replacing this time. The one at work was replaced by 32 Degrees quickly so we can keep my customers cool. Most appreciative. Next was my 26 year old unit at my house and also the duct work. Major stuff. 32 Degrees made all of it seamless from start to finish. Ben made the plan and Marisol got it scheduled. Everyone that I met that works with 32 Degrees was fantastic. Everything was done to perfection. I want to just look ar my new AC Units or in the attic at the duct work. I highly recommend 32 Degrees. Professionalism and quality!

Ben at 32 Degrees was very professional, clear with his information, and honest with all the details. He and his team came in a replaced our air handler inside and the out door unit. They were very respectful of us and our home as they came in and out. Handled obstacles that arose with clear explanations and quick resolutions to the problems. I have been a customer of 32 Degrees since the beginning. The main reasons for that loyalty is because of the honesty, reliability, and quality of service I receive each time they come to do a routine maintenance or to do a repair on my system. They take everything into consideration when it comes to the repair options. They look at the age of the unit, the “health” of the unit, and go over repair costs versus a full replacement. My first call is always to 32 Degrees for my HVAC needs!!!

We have always requested them and they take the time to explain the repair with a smile on their face. Florida heat and humidity can be hard on AC equipment and its very comforting to call the same company who knows our systems to come and fix the issue. I cannot say enough good things about this company and it's owner. They care about meeting your needs at a price you can afford. They are reliable. This company displays qualities hard to find in the service industry today.

Upon recommendation we used 32 Degrees for the first time. We scheduled an annual inspection with their office and the owner, Ben, came right on time and thoroughly went through the unit. I found him to be pleasant and personable. I was looking for fairness and trust and found it in his company.
