I used Ben after another company tried to fix the air conditioning system, which was fixed and after two days it stopped working, I called the same company to come back and fix it, but the same thing happened.
From there I got Ben Burgos and he diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to have the A/C up and running, and the air conditioning has not stopped working.
I am very happy with him and I would surely use it again, he is very professional, honest, he also takes his time not like others who are trying to finish as fast as possible instead of trying to find out what the real problem is.

Look no further than 32 Degrees! Had a unit issue that resulted in loss of AC. Was contacted within an hour and service booked the next morning. The scheduled time was only an hour window (versus 3-4 hour time frame) and received a call to update me on his arrival time.

Upon arrival, not only was he knowledgeable and professional, Ben provided service with a smile! He went above and beyond, locating a secondary issue and fixing both problems while he was at the home. He cleaned up the work area and answered all questions I had regarding future needs.

If I could give 10 stars, I would do so for 32 Degrees Heating and Air Conditioning. Ben installed a completely new a/c system in my house and he did a wonderful job. He was knowledgeable, informative, and best of all honest. Ben gave us a great price and treated our job as if it was for his own house. I almost hope our upstairs unit goes out so so he can replace that too! We are definitely lifetime customers.

32 Degrees went far up and above when my AC went out. Ben came out and diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to have my AC up and running the same day even though it meant him driving across town on a Friday late afternoon to secure the parts needed. Most companies would have put it off until Monday. My AC was running like a brand new unit once they were done and and the pricing was very fair. I highly recommend them 100%!!!

Ben "Chicago" Burgos is a breath of fresh air when it comes to the AC business. He has worked on multiple different units for me and has always been up front with the diagnosis and cost. I've been using 32 Degrees H&A for over 15 years now. They have always done professional work and repaired our systems in a timely manner. We have always requested them and they take the time to explain the repair with a smile on their face. Florida heat and humidity can be hard on AC equipment and its very comforting to call the same company who knows our systems to come and fix the issue. We feel their pricing is fair and above all, they have been honest with us. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
