Ben has serviced our older air conditioning unit twice and has been professional, prompt and worked quickly to resolve the two separate issues we encountered. I'm happy to highly recommend him. Even his office manager, Marisol, provided us with the same level of excellent service in working with our home warranty company.

I'm not someone who does reviews much and if I do it's not usually 5 stars Nobody is perfect and service these days is severely lacking. I'm a business owner for 30 years so I expect nothing less than what our companies provided.

32 Degrees and Ben are every bit deserving of 5 stars Our air/heat totally shut down at a time when we had cold nights and warm days here in Florida. Ben was here the same day within 4 hours He found quite a few problems with filters, mold, coolant leaks etc. We were looking at a monstrous bill expecting the compressor ($3,000+) to be shot along with multiple other problems

He traced a leak to the coil at $1,200+ but was able to get it covered under warranty as the maker was known for these leaky coils It was also back ordered but once again got one a day later He saved us thousands and put us on a maintenance plan to prevent...

We had to replace our air condition unit inside and outside. Everything was explained in a way we could understand..They came on time did a wonderful job very professional. I also purchased through them their maintenance plan for winter and summer months already had my winter maintenance done next one in summertime very happy with the service
I was told that I should be seeing a lower light bill and sure enough my bill is now much lower over 75.00 very happy.

I can’t say enough good things about Ben (the owner). He came to the rescue when a previous HVAC tech from a different company couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our unit. He is an expert in his field, and it really shows. Numerous deficiencies were identified and explained in layman’s terms that were easy to understand. I’m sitting in my air conditioned house right now when I wasn’t before he responded. Again, very professional, courteous, prompt, and most of all an expert in his field. He earned our business for as long as we live in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Ben answered my call and was immediately friendly and easy to schedule with. He came the next day and not only was helpful and patient with my questions, but took the time to explain to my husband and I ways to maintain our AC unit ourselves over time. He fixed the issue in under an hour and the price was very reasonable for all the work. Overall, he turned a stressful experience into a positive one and we will definitely be reaching out to him should our AC need more work in the future.
