I don't write many reviews, but I am elated to write this one. I was referred to 32 Degrees through my home warranty. Ben responded timely and let me know that their next opening would be tomorrow. I was disappointed, but happy that someone would come out within 24 hours. Fortunately, there was a bump in their afternoon schedule, and Ben called to fit us in today. Once he saw what the issue was, he did not give up. He was determined to get my system up and running before leaving for the day ... and that he did! Ben changed some parts, shared maintenance tips, and even cleaned up the work area when he was through.

I can't be happier. I am a whole lot cooler, and my family will be thrilled when they arrive. Thank you, Ben! I highly recommend you and 32 Degrees Heating & Air Conditioning. On a scale of 1-10, you get an AWESOME PLUS!!!

Ben is amazing to work with. He is honest and reliable and very fair with pricing. He has come to our home more than once and made sure the AC units were working as expected and explained everything. He is great to work with and would recommend him and 32 Degrees to anyone that wants great service!

Ben and Marisol from 32 Degrees Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC provided SUPERIOR service!!! On Saturday, May 4, 2019 we had an issue with our unit, I called AC companies and 32 Degrees was the quickest to respond. Ben was extremely HONEST about repairing old unit vs. installing a new unit. There was ABSOLUTELY no pressure from Ben to either fix the unit or have a new unit installed. In the end, we decided to purchase a new unit. Ben was able to get the equipment ordered and had us scheduled for installation ASAP.
The installation of the unit was not what I expected - it was ABOVE PAR!!! This was an incredible experience, the service provider came earlier than expected and helped us with another issue we were having with our AC free of charge. He taught us trouble shooting as well! This companies customer service was incredible and my family and I have Have put complete customer loyalty. We highly recommend using this service.
