Me and my wife recently rented a home while on vacation and the ac system went down. We called 32 degrees heating & air conditioning, they were very professional with great customer service. The technician were very fast and reliable, they are top notch and I highly recommend them.

I am a bit late in writing this review but we had a problem with our unit in early June. Ben responded quickly and worked with us to get the repairs completed as fast as possible - and thoroughly. With regard to having to purchase a new unit, Ben was considerate to our financial situation and found us an excellent deal! He was able to work with our teacher budget! One really impressive moment was on installation day. Ben and his installer were working to get the new unit installed and it began to downpour in true Florida fashion - they kept working through it to get us cool! Thank you 32 Degrees! I'm sure I'll be calling you soon for that second, older unit of ours

The service provided by Ben and his team is by far the best I have experienced here in Florida. Recently my daughter’s A/C unit failed and 32 Degrees came in assessed the situation and within the week installed a new unit at a great price and without incident. Since then I’ve had them come to my house to perform maintenance and they have done it to the same level of service. I highly recommend this company for any AC related issues.

I have a 2-10 Home Warranty and I initiated an A/C claim with them. They assigned the claim to 32 Degrees. Ben contacted me very quickly and we set an appointment the very next day. Ben quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Unlike other AC companies and technicians, Ben never tried to upsell me on any other fixes which in my experience, is always the case especially when your HVAC is +15 years old. Upon further discussions with Ben, I decided to buy a semi-annual maintenance plan at a very reasonable price. Two weeks later, Ben did the winter maintenance on both of my units. I would highly recommend 32 Degrees and Ben if you want fair and reliable HVAC service!
