Best service I have ever had. Called them about a concern I was having and the company was very receptive of helping me address it. They came out quickly and fixed my issue with no hassle. Also each one of their reps are honest and hardworking. I'm thankful I was introduced to them!!! Would have given them 7 stars but 5 is the max.

I’m a first time customer and from the minute Marisol picked up the phone, it was great customer service, very pleasurable to speak with. My service tech, Ben, arrived on time (within my hour window). He kept me informed and explained everything that he was doing or needing to do. I was having issues with my thermostat, and the air cooling. Come to find out I had multiple issues from bad wiring on thermostat and unit itself (unbeknownst to me) along with drain pan full. He definitely knows what he’s doing, he’s awesome! I highly recommend 32 Degrees Heating & Air Conditioning for their great customer service, fair pricing and knowledge. Can’t say enough about this great company.

Ben has been my a/c guy for years. Doesn't get any better than his professional service. Truly honest and hard working guy. He services my family and friends houses too. Our AC went out and I called 32 Degrees. They came out in less than an hour!!! Who does that! Had me back up and running before the place could heat up in the hot florida sun! Highly Recommend!!!
