After buying an older home, not nine months into ownership that my heating and air conditioning unit went out.
Researched and found out about 32 Degrees and I could not be happier. They not only live up to the reviews that I read, but make you feel as important as one of the family.
They send pictures of the work before and after completion. They contact you to stay in touch and on top of your situation. Marisel and Ben are truly special people.
Ben is patient with questions and is proud of the work he does. Marisel is lovely to work with in financing and paperwork. Honestly I am quite happy with this company and it has restored my faith in local businesses.

Ben, as the business owner, responded my call very quick at night and came in the early morning to solve the issue with the AC problem. I didn’t have to deal with any delays. My overall experience with him are great. I will recommend him to someone who cares about quality and quick responses.

Ben and his wife worked diligently with the warranty company to replace our A/C unit and made sure it was the correct fit for our home! The job was completed quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend 32 Degrees to anyone!!!!

Someone can go through multiple services to acquire the same service or item (some same, greater or of lessor value), and for nearly the same cost (some higher and some lower), but what seperates providers is their customer service. This is why America shines on some companies more than others.

Our air conditioner quit blowing air inside the house. We called them this morning and were able to get an appointment this afternoon. Ben fixed the air conditioner and we were up and running. He also changed our air filter and checked over other things. I think they are well priced, prompt, and honest. I recommend them.
