32 Degrees Heating & Air Conditioning

Found my family with no A/C on a 90+ day and Ben saved the day! I called during lunch and over the course of the afternoon and early evening, Ben identified the problem, picked up the needed part and had cool air pumping again by dinner. I know he worked late to make it happen and we were so appreciative! I would not hesitate to recommend 32 Degrees :)

Our outside compressor unit stopped working Saturday afternoon. I called 32 Degrees for emergency service. I left a message. Ben called me back within five minutes. He said he would be here within a hour and he was here before that. Ben was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He had our AC up and running in no time at all. Thank you for your quick service 32 Degrees has earned a new customer and I highly recommend them.

We had great experience with Ben, he was very informative on the issue. Even better they came out same day, so we didn’t have to deal with the Florida heat. We will defiantly be using 32 degree/heat to install our new digital thermostat in the future.

When absolutely no-one was available and my AC crapped out raining water everywhere, Ben came out after hours and stayed until the job was done! He made sure that we understoid every step of the process and all of our options - he was honest, straightforward, gave us a fantastic value on cost and labor and regularly checks up on us to make sure our new unit is functioning properly and that we have no issues or concerns. I'd never use anyone else and would highly recommend this company any day!

As you can expect my air conditioner stopped working on a hot and steamy Florida night. I asked through Next Door for some recommendations and received about 5 as I usually do I researched on line their reviews.
32 Degrees came up as 5 Star so I called and from the moment the phone was answered I knew I had made the right choice Marisol immediately called to see if someone out in the field could stop by. As my luck would have it they could stop by in 2 hours. Ben was their in two hours explained what had happened corrected the problem. He was professional and personable but most importantly knowledgeable. I will now have maintenance done with this team and fell comfortable that they will keep us in good shape. Came out this morning and did a great Job. Very pleasant person. Pointed out any minor detail we had. Would recommend this company to anyone that asks. Looking forward to seeing them again for our maintance needs on our air conditioner.
