32 Degrees Heating & Air Conditioning

1.5 months ago I completely lost my A/C unit and couldn’t maintain temperature. Ben from 32 degrees comes and does a system evaluation and explains in detail so I can make a educated decision on my next steps to take. I did end up with a complete new system as mine was 15 yrs old at the time. Ben then schedule a day with me that worked around my schedule, that made things much easier. He also made sure since the unit was being replaced in a few days that he’d charge the old system and keep me at a comfortable temperature. The new system was up and running same day.
Fast forward to last night. I called on a Saturday telling Ben that the unit has lost power and wasn’t turning back on. Their best ability is their availability. The motor on the central air unit went down and they were able to fit me in that same day. Also was provided detailed and easy to understand explanations of what the issues were.

All of the repairs were complete on time and more than met my satisfaction. I'll definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others.

32 Degrees came out and took amazing care of us. We had been without air for almost 2 weeks. They came out, ordered the new equipment and once they received it, came over the next day and installed us. Not only did they take care of us, the left the work area cleaner than it was when they started. Found my family with no A/C on a 90+ day and Ben saved the day! I called during lunch and over the course of the afternoon and early evening, Ben identified the problem, picked up the needed part and had cool air pumping again by dinner. Our outside compressor unit stopped working Saturday afternoon. I called 32 Degrees for emergency service. I left a message. Ben called me back within five minutes. He said he would be here within a hour and he was here before that. Ben was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He had our AC up and running in no time at all. We had great experience with Ben, he was very informative on the issue. Even better they came out same day, so we didn’t have to deal with the Florida heat. We will defiantly be using 32 degree/heat to install our new digital thermostat in the future.

When absolutely no-one was available and my AC crapped out raining water everywhere, Ben came out after hours and stayed until the job was done!
