32 degrees was sent by my warranty company but I will be referring them and using them again! They were professional and did excellent work. Ben explained all the work he did and provided great service.

On time and professional Ben came over and found my issue and fixed it within 30 minutes. And the cost of repairs was not expensive neither!!!

32 Degrees worked with us and our home owners warranty, in the end we took a cash out and decided to fully upgrade to a Trane top of the line 15 Seer system based on the recommendation of 32 Degrees. Incredibly knowledgeable staff of 3 came on time and dismantled all the old systems, installed the new Trane system and we were up and running and in blizzard like air in no time within a day. The attention to detail in running piping and wiring was top notch - highly recommend this family run business operation to anyone whom asks; that doesn't want to deal with the big box name installers. Very fair, competitively priced and will never attempt to 'up sell' you with gadgets and gizmos you don't need. Highly Recommend!

1.5 months ago I completely lost my A/C unit and couldn’t maintain temperature. Ben from 32 degrees comes and does a system evaluation and explains in detail so I can make a educated decision on my next steps to take. I did end up with a complete new system as mine was 15 yrs old at the time. Ben then schedule a day with me that worked around my schedule, that made things much easier. He also made sure since the unit was being replaced in a few days that he’d charge the old system and keep me at a comfortable temperature. The new system was up and running same day.
Fast forward to last night. I called on a Saturday telling Ben that the unit has lost power and wasn’t turning back on. He returned my call and was at my door the next morning (Sunday) yes Sunday, less than 24hrs and came over to check the delivery system, charge system, traps, filters which mine being dirty was the...

Their best ability is their availability. The motor on the central air unit went down and they were able to fit me in that same day. Also was provided detailed and easy to understand explanations of what the issues were.

All of the repairs were complete on time and more than met my satisfaction. I'll definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others.

32 Degrees came out and took amazing care of us. We had been without air for almost 2 weeks. They came out, ordered the new equipment and once they received it, came over the next day and installed us. Not only did they take care of us, the left the work area cleaner than it was when they started. I highly recommend them and I even asked about signing up for a service plan so that they can take care of the yearly upkeep of the system. Great company and very helpful and friendly staff.

Found my family with no A/C on a 90+ day and Ben saved the day! I called during lunch and over the course of the afternoon and early evening, Ben identified the problem, picked up the needed part and had cool air pumping again by dinner. I know he worked late to make it happen and we were so appreciative! I would not hesitate to recommend 32 Degrees :)

Our outside compressor unit stopped working Saturday afternoon. I called 32 Degrees for emergency service. I left a message. Ben called me back within five minutes. He said he would be here within a hour and he was here before that. Ben was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He had our AC up and running in no time at all.
