We could not have been happier with our experience with 32 Degrees. Even though we were new customers, they were responsive and professional and had our air conditioning working in short order. The price for the repairs needed on our unit was very competitive and the young man who did the repairs was professional and actually early for the appointment. We are very happy customers and are glad to know that we have an AC company we can count on in the future.

I first called 15 min before closing. They were willing to move their schedule to see me the next morning but since I was going out of town they booked me the moment I was available. They came exactly on time and were able to diagnose the issue and find the parts to get my AC working later in the day. Not at all surprised by their 5 star ratings... well deserved!
