I first called 15 min before closing. They were willing to move their schedule to see me the next morning but since I was going out of town they booked me the moment I was available. They came exactly on time and were able to diagnose the issue and find the parts to get my AC working later in the day. Not at all surprised by their 5 star ratings... well deserved!

Absolutely wonderful! We had 2 other companies out when we first had issues with our units, one of the companies insisted that we needed to replace our coils for $1,400. We called 32 degrees and the tech was fantastic. Put us at ease with his knowledge & trustworthiness, not to mention our unit has worked great since & we didn't need to replace the coils.

My A/C stopped working recently and called 32 degrees. I was stressed and afraid for my son who was sick with Covid and stuck in his room without air. I was also worried about germs with the A/C not working properly. I spoke to Marisol and she was able to help right away! Ben came over within the hour and quickly figured out the problem. It was the best experience I ever had marisal was the best person you could ever talk to in getting heat and air she out my mind at ease right from the start they work and work with me on getting my system in they were with me from start to finish I would recommend 32 degrease to everyone their workman were so nice and very sweet just like family the whole crew were like family to me I mean my family and I have been with out air sense February but they stayed with me from the beginning no sales pitch but honest truth that fit my budget my husband die and I felt so lost about this but 32 made me feel at ease and did not try to scam me like some others did no names mentioned but out of the 4 estimates they proved to be the most honest and true the waited on me through the whole process I truly love 💕 and trust them when I get ready to put in a zoning in my house they will be the company...

Ben, AJ, and Martin were a fabulous team. They did a great job installing the AC unit. Not only were they super friendly, they were timely, and taught me what I needed to know going forward. They also cleaned everything up and it looked better after! Highly recommend and will definitely use going forward.
