We initially called multiple Companies when our unit needed repair. 32 Degrees was THE only one that returned our call and they even came out the same day. With all their great reviews and excellent service, we signed up for the bi-yearly maintenance plan and couldn’t be happier. Ben is awesome!

After experiencing issues with my old AC for months, it was a pleasure working with Ben from 32 Degrees to get a replacement! I got estimates from 5 different companies and wasn't able to feel comfortable proceeding with any of them but 32 Degrees because of Ben's great attitude and professionalism. This was my first time replacing an AC unit, and he was more than patient as he talked through all of my options and answered the questions I had. Because of this, I was able to feel confident that I wasn't being taken advantage of because of my inexperience.

32 Degrees was able to complete my replacement less than a week after I decided to proceed with them, which was a definite plus given the Florida heat. After a ~13 hour install, Ben and the other tech (my apologies for forgetting his name - I think it was Sam?) were in high spirits even after having to completely rebuild...
