AMAZING PEOPLE AND SERVICE!!!!!!!

I have regular maintenance on my A/C, water heater, etc every 6 months. Ben always does an amazing job, is personable, efficient, great to work with, and I always feel so much better, safer, that they are taking such good care of me for an amazing price!!!!

We called them on a Friday evening and they were here the next day. I have enough tech knowledge to see he did a proper test of the (20year old) unit and by the next Friday the system (Trane) was installed and running nicely. Staff worked hard to help us with financing, and they replaced all water damage to the handler platform. They have done 2 follow up visits to ensure the system was working. I can’t recommend 32 degrees air enough!! EDIT: 4 years later and they came out to clear a drain and do regular maintenance booking us the next day after calling. No charge for cleaning the drain

Second time using 32 Degrees and they are incredibly professional, communicate extremely well, on time, and trustworthy. It can be hard to find service providers you trust that give good advice and aren't just trying to upsell you. Great value, fair prices, and helpful insight. I will never call another AC service provider again, thanks!

This place is awesome! Our A/C stopped blowing out cold air the day before we were supposed to leave for vacation and we had a cat staying home. I tried all the troubleshooting I could but ended up having to get a company out. They were the only company willing to squeeze us in and they were out the same day. They didn't nickel and dime us and they didn’t stop working until our A/C was fully operating without issue. They also followed up with us when we returned to make sure all is still working. Very much appreciated. I highly recommend them! Special thanks to Ben for working so hard into the night to fix our A/C with our time crunch.

I would definitely recommend 32 Degrees. They were able to service my unit the same day when I had an unexpected breakdown. I was waiting for my previous company for more than two months to do preventative maintenance. Ben did it that same day. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The A/C is working very well. I received a follow-up call from Marisol a few days later to check on the unit's performance--a high quality company.
