I’ve worked with other agents in the past and have never found someone as responsive and willing to explain all aspects of the home buying process and what to expect/pitfalls that may arise. Before I even decided to work with Alex, he would answer questions, gave me his cell number to ask him anything home related at any time and he would respond readily. As first time home buyers, I knew this was going to be quite an overwhelming process; however, after meeting Alex and getting a clear explanation of the process and what to expect, it really eased our minds. Alex was superb! His marketing and technology knowledge far exceeds what most realtors understand and use. He provided sold comps/active listings to determine a "quick sale" list price, needed to end a new job 180 mile roundtrip commute, without sacrificing price.
Alex's ideas on what to do and what to skip to best present the property were key to instant viewings and a good offer only hours after being live on realtor and 3rd party sites. He knew site visits and how long buyers looked.
