Recently Alex helped us sell our house and purchase a new one. Not only was this the best real estate service I’ve personally experienced but the best overall customer service experience. Alex is second to none on response time and follow up. He would sometimes apologize if it took him 15 minutes to respond 😁. He had a great understanding of the market and we ended up selling on the high end of our expectations. They did an excellent job with the listing and got many eyes on the property. When we ran into some issues on our inspection, he was able to calm us down and he was able to come up with a reasonable solution.

He is well connected and has many resources available if you should need it. He attended the inspection of our purchase and when he was notified that the roof had hail damage he had a good contractor over to the house in 20 minutes who was able to document...

Being a young first time homebuyer and moving to another state, I was very nervous about finding a home at first. Alex is the Real estate agent you want in your corner. He is great when it comes to walking a first-time home buyer through the home buying process. He breaks things down and makes it simple to understand everything. If at any point we felt overwhelmed and had questions he responded very quickly. We first met Alex about 3 years ago when we first started thinking about purchasing our first home. Being first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect. Alex is hands down the best agent you can ask for. When i was in the early stages of buying a home and prior to even meeting Alex, i came across his blog videos. They are a great help and will give you the head start in this process. After watching his videos you will know that this man knows his stuff, without hesitation he was the one i called when i was ready to move forward. I'm not the type of person to really leave reviews but Alex deserves this. Alex made the buying process of a home very easy for me. It started out as a very relaxed meeting where he explained in depth the process of purchasing from start to finish in a way I easily understood. He was very attentive to my needs. Very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had at just about any time a day, sometimes into the late night and on weekends. He kept us updated constantly thru each phase of the process. When I contacted Alex, we met in less than a few days and he got the ball rolling immediately. Past experiences I've dealt with individuals who seemed to drag their feet, but Alex had a passion about him to get things done. I would almost go as far as to say that he was more excited than I was, and I was the home buyer!

I’ve worked with other agents in the past and have never found someone as responsive and willing to explain all aspects of the home buying process and what to expect/pitfalls that may arise. Before I even decided to work with Alex, he would answer questions, gave me his cell number to ask him anything home related at any time and he would respond readily. I am new to the area and he explained the different areas and what to expect. He knows the Rochester market so well.
