We first met Alex about 3 years ago when we first started thinking about purchasing our first home. Being first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect. Alex explained things simply so we did not get lost all the information. After putting that search on hold we reconnected with Alex about mid February this year when we were ready to start looking again. After we found the perfect home for us he walked us through everything step by step and informed us of everything going on at each point. Alex is hands down the best agent you can ask for. When i was in the early stages of buying a home and prior to even meeting Alex, i came across his blog videos. They are a great help and will give you the head start in this process. After watching his videos you will know that this man knows his stuff, without hesitation he was the one i called when i was ready to move forward. I'm not the type of person to really leave reviews but Alex deserves this. Alex made the buying process of a home very easy for me. It started out as a very relaxed meeting where he explained in depth the process of purchasing from start to finish in a way I easily understood. He was very attentive to my needs. Very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had at just about any time a day, sometimes into the late night and on weekends. He kept us updated constantly thru each phase of the process. When I contacted Alex, we met in less than a few days and he got the ball rolling immediately. Alex was superb! His marketing and technology knowledge far exceeds what most realtors understand and use. He provided sold comps/active listings to determine a "quick sale" list price, needed to end a new job 180 mile roundtrip commute, without sacrificing price.
Alex's ideas on what to do and what to skip to best present the property were key to instant viewings and a good offer only hours after being live on realtor and 3rd party sites. He knew site visits and how long buyers looked.
