Alex is the best there is plain and simple. He is honest, upfront about expectations and walks you through the process. He gets things done. He is great with communication. He will fight for you no matter the situation. He helped us find our dream house. Selling our old house on the other hand wasn’t as simple due to buyers bailing out last minute trying to pull some sketchy stuff. This lead to us making double mortgage payments (no fault to Alex whatsoever) He fought hard for us to get our money. He eased our stress throughout this process. Eventually we were able to sell our old home and we couldn’t have done it without Alex! Buying and selling a home is very stressful and not easy but Alex makes it a lot better! Great guy to work with, helped me get all the info I needed in a very fast paced manner and gave me very good references on who to work with.
