Extremely satisfied with the work done by Young's Water and Sewer! The workers had so much knowledge about the water line they were installing at our new home and explained every step of the work to me in a way that was easy to understand. They worked fast, but got everything done to perfection. My yard barely even looks like it was touched after they had to trench almost 70 feet! I am so thankful for how fast and well this job was done. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you, young's!

Great company overall! We came home last week to find out our water had been shut off because of a massive leak in our line. My husband and I were recommended to Young's and I couldn't have been happier with the work performed at our home. They came out immediately to make sure we had water and repaired our line right away. The crew worked so hard and did an excellent job and the office staff was a pleasure to speak to and made sure I was updated at all times. What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned out to be a quick fix thanks to Young's!

I was very happy with Young's! I called them when I had a break in my water line. I had no access to water and I was in a panic and didn't know what to do. The owner, Kim, immediately calmed me down and sent a crew out to my house within the hour of me calling. By the following day they were out to repair my water line and everything was up and running by that afternoon. I thought this was going to be a huge long and drawn out headache. But, Young's Water & Sewer made it easy, pleasant and quick! I give this company 5 stars all the way! I'd give them more if possible!

The work is done in time and Young's water and sewer company was followed up to see whether there are any issues after they completed their work. The crew is also very knowledgeable and cooperative at work. The price is also very compatible with other people in the market. If require, I will contact this company for any future help for water or sewer issues.

We had a sewer line break in our house, Youngs came out right away and repaired the issue, The work they did was great and the office staff reacted quick to help me! 5 out of 5 level service!!!

I live in Lakeview, and I've never had a plumbing issue at my current home. Last Thursday, I noticed that my kitchen sink was draining very slow and started to smell, almost out of nowhere. Soon, the water wouldn't go down at all and I looked on google for a plumbing company. I called young's water & sewer and spoke with the owner. She understood my problem and was able to have a plumber at my door within the hour. The plumber who showed up was very knowledgeable and removed the pipes, cleaned them, used a machine to snake out the drain, and told me how I could prevent this problem from happening in the future. Great communication, service, and technician(s). I will be using them again should I have any problems in the future.

Fast, Professional, and cost effective.

We were in an emergent situation.......due to the main waterline of our basement flooding from a broken galvanized pipe. They not only answered our call immediately (which three other plumbers including our own service provider couldn't accommodate us) they sent our their professionals immediately and took care of the situation. The crew was courteous, hard working and extremely professional.

They provided "service excellence" and were truly lifesavers! we recommend them highly without any reservations

I have been dealing with Young's Water and Sewer for over 7 years. They are on time, polite, professional, neat and up front with price quotes in writing. I wouldn't refer just anyone to a friend or client but I never hesitate with Kim and Jeff and their crew. When a pipe burst under my front yard, flooding my living room, this company was referred to me by a contractor friend. They came out very promptly to assess the situation and provide a quote for repairs. 4 days later, they completed the fix and did so professionally and with excellent customer service.

Contacted Young Water and Sewer Company to fix my main water line. From beginning they were professional and courteous, promptly did a site visit and provided estimate. Crew came on time and worked hard to replace our water line. Though it took more time to fix the issue than initially anticipated but wasn’t their fault. In the end, was happy with their work and would contact them again for any future work.

The crew was quick, efficient and two weeks after they laid new pipe in our backyard, there is almost no way that anyone would ever know that work had been done. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work done by Young's Water & Sewer.

Young's came to my home under the service contract with the water company. Although they ended up being later then the window of time given they did call to keep me informed and waived their 50 dollar charge for coming out. The two gentlemen who came where very nice and got right to work. I have nothing negative to say about my experience. Would use them again in the future.

Young's Water and Sewer were professional and courteous from the beginning to the end of the stressful process of fixing my water line.
The work crew that came to fix our water line was great. These guys went out of there way to save my bushes, flowers, etc. They clean up and replaced all the soil they had too displace. They also replaced the bushes, flowers, etc.. I would recommend them to everyone, and would use them again in the future (hopefully I will not need them)

I have had two occasions to use Young's in the performance of my job. The first involved a underground water leak. Their response time was excellent and they found the leak and fixed it the same day. The other occasion involved scoping a drain line with a camera. While it took some time to follow the line, the crew persevered and completed the task to our satisfaction. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to others in need of their services.

Young's Water and Sewer is excellent. We had a drainage problem and they were able to diagnose the problem by snaking a camera through the pipe. Turned out to be caused by roots. We scheduled another appointment for the repairs and they were able to fix it. Also they arrived on time which I like!.....highly recommend
