Youngs Water and Sewer

This service was provided through a home warranty company. By far, it was one of the best experiences we've had. Not all of our service calls have gone as smoothly as this one. The company called to verify the issue and got us in the same day! The technician (I believe his name is Ryan) arrived as promised and was efficient, knowledgeable and open to answering any and all questions we had. All this, considering we were his last job for the day, and he was looking at a lengthy drive back to office, especially having part of that drive at peak traffic time. I would not hesitate to use this company again!

Outstanding job and customer service!! We had many plumbers out to see our main water line break- no one could seem to figure out where the leak was coming from. I received a phone call from Kim who told me that she could handle this job from start to finish and that's exactly what happened! The job was started and done the very next day...what a relief...we were without heat and water for 5 days! I would definitely recommend Young's Water and Sewer!

I used this company through choice warranty first thing owner lady is terrific courageous to handle all problems as a solo performer and technicians all I know is Ryan , he is excellent in handling work and very professional.

Owner lady charge more compared to other companies she doesn’t care anyone until you pay that money.

We have a small room with washer and water heater together, she charged for the moving that washer and dryer, in during process water hose of the washing machine broke when we run water coming we thought it is from water heater but not it is from washing machine, we run washing machine same day we know the difference, I requested to come come and fix it.

I hope they will do so.

But you will be in good hands and work done expect charge extra money that’s all.

I was set up with Young's through my home warranty. While I'm not the biggest fan of the home warranty company, Young's was a different story. They had constant communication with me, were a pleasure to deal with, they clearly cared and got the job done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them.

Lou from Yw&s came to my house and was in and out quickly restoring hot water to my home ! Lori in the office really worked hard to get me the best deal possible. All in all they did everything they could for me thank you.

I have an all-appliance warranty, and that company chose Young's to replace my broken water heater. They were punctual, courteous, very easy to communicate with, and did fine work.

Young’s water was very helpful in fixing a water line that cracked behind my refrigerator. Communication was great and the ladies in the office went above and beyond to coordinate with my home warranty company to get everything fixed for me. My technician was informative and got the job done! They were so amazing, a few days later I had an unrelated plumbing issue and decided to deal with Young’s directly!
