Had an issue with a leak in my whirlpool tub and had to have the faucets replaced. They were very quick (even though I went through my home warranty), professional, kept masks on while in the house, and talked me through anything I needed to know as we went. Highly recommend!

Would have given five stars for installation process but the first tech that came was ready to install the disposal he had on his truck but finally had to leave after calling for an approval and holding on more than an hour . He said he couldn't wait any longer but said he would come back the next day since I would more than likely receive the approval via text. I did get the approval but had to wait another 2 days for installation.

Had a leak from our ceiling under bathroom. Tech was very pleasant & thorough. Instead of breaking ceiling to find leak source, he patiently checked entire bathroom and said that we may have to experiment to find the leak source. First he tried caulking two small places where caulking wasn't perfect. He said he would keep coming back till he finds the source. Thanks to his expertise, he indeed had found the problem on the first try. After that bit of caulking, never leaked again.

Young's Water and Sewer was prompt, informative and fixed the problem. AND followed up with a courteous call to make sure I was satisfied with how the job was handled and completed. A win, win for me.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Young's. The technician arrived during the time frame promised. He was polite and professional. When he realized he needed a part he did not have on his truck he went back to his office to get the part and returned to our home promptly.

Water heater broke and I need a new one put in. Plumber came out took several days to install it and then when he installed it it was done incorrectly and failed to pass inspection. He came back a second time and was still not able to get it in correctly.
Youngs water and sewer came out and did a wonderful quick and professional job. Replaced the hot water heater, fix the pipes and I was able to pass inspection right away. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing service.

Our sink clogged and contacted for the repair . The technician arrived, and evaluate the problem. Appreciated them walking me through the process and answering all my questions. After repair, the water is unclogged and drained completely. I appreciate the work and the service from this company and recommend to others.

Excellent service from consultation to completion of the job. Brad and Kim in the office made sure I understood everything about the proposal to install the new water heater and venting components. Jose, the installer, was great! I felt so comfortable and he explained the work and answered all of my questions before leaving. The complete price came in at the exact proposal price. Very reasonable! I would not hesitate to use this company again!

The technician came to our house and was very helpful. He determined that the leak was due to a caulking issue in our bathroom. He went out, purchased it and caulked the tub. He was very friendly.

They worked hard to resolve my plumbing issue. They were flexible with the time coordinating with the water company. And the plumber who came went out of his way to NOT cause additional damage to my drywall- it was truly appreciated and very professional!

Our waterline had a major leak. We called Young's Water and Sewer and the owner Kim was at our house in 15 min. She promised to have us up in running in no time.
