Service was prompt. Did good job in fixing the issue.
However when booking the appointment,the system does not calculate the day light saving time. The scheduled time was between 8-11. The service guy was at home 7:30ish.Just tried to give honest feedback to lady over the phone (who could also be the owner) was not ready to listen about early arrival issue. Hence leaving 4 star

Efficient and gets the job done the first time. My technician has been here twice for different issues and each time he fixed them with no concerns I would recommend Youngs anytime.

They were professional and kept me informed on when the plumber will be arriving. They also gave me a good time that is suitable for me.

Young's were great to work with and they did a beautiful job on replacing a broken sewer line in my basement putting a new line in to the city drain line. It was a huge job and a big mess but they turned a bad situation into a great experience. They were respectful and neat as they worked in my yard and home and left no mess at all. Kim has been amazing at helping me work with my home insurance as well. They have been wonderful through this very difficult situation and I would recommend them to anyone who has a water/sewer issue. They do excellent work and are kind and helpful.

They located where the water was coming from. Explained to me what they had to do. Very professional, completed the job , cleaned and everything in its place.

From the office persons (Kim, Mark) to the guys that came out immediately (Jeff and Dee) who had to go way under the house and stopped the gushing busted pipe! The assessment and performed work was EXCELLENT. The replacement of my Water Heater required two people. It is in a tight spot and took much time and patience. Joey and Harry were diligent and as they performed the task in less than ideal conditions, they were not bothered by me watching closely. In fact, they were happy to explain everything they were doing and WHY they were doing it, explaining how this tight spot required things to be done a little different, why it was taking a little extra time. I was very happy at their diligence and moreso, with their eagerness to explain to me the steps each one was taking.
Each one also confirmed and verified the work the other did, working extremely well as a team.
If I need any type of plumbing work in the future, I will only call Young's Water and Sewer. If the others who work for this company are HALF as diligent as Harry and...

Highly recommend this company for your plumbing, sewer, and water needs. We had them replace our failing septic system and they did an amazing job, and have great group of people working on there team. Thanks for everything Youngs water and sewer.

Youngs sent over their plumber the day before Memorial Day weekend for an emergency issue when no other plumbing company could! Promptly resolved my issue and then followed up to ensure everything was ok a week later. Michael was great!

The absolute best customer service around! Kimberly and her team are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and caring. We have a major issue with a busted pipe underground and they have been very responsive, understanding and prompt with taking care of our situation. I highly recommend Young’s Water and Sewer company!

We had a sewage backup and with 5 people in the house we were crazy. Young's fit us in late that night. Sent Rob who was out already 12 hours. He was as polite as could be, neat and respectful. I recommend this company highly!!

The plumber (technician) Carlos, who came to install a faucet was terrific. Efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. I would have given 5 stars if the office was better able to schedule the visit or keep me informed of delays or the arrival of the technician and how to pay for the visit.
