Trey and Hector were wonderful. They fixed the hot water heater. They were very professional and explained what they were doing!

My hot water heater stopped delivering hot water. Youngs, Water, & Sewer replaced the pilot yet unit would not deliver your hot water going forward. Second visit, yield at a determination that the Hot water unit needed to be Replaced. Three days later, the same tech returned with a new unit installed it without issue and the unit has been performing well. I would highly recommend this plumbing company.

Even with the typical restrictions that warranty companies put in place, Young’s manages to complete the necessary work with little to no cost to the homeowner. lots of back and forth, multiple trips, errors with scheduling and miscommunication between the main office and the technician but in the end they finally got the job done and no issues since it's been fixed.
