I had an issue with a brand new Rheem tankless water heater. They sent out young’s to do a warranty service on the unit. Honestly had a great experience, plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. They advised me with the best solution for my issue and they fixed it asap, they even helped me with the budget I had. Definitely a great decision in case you have an emergency or a problem in your house.

I had a leak under the sink in my kitchen which was caused by the dishwasher technician. I was matched with Young's water and sewer through my warranty company. Ryan who came to fix the issue was very capable and was able to fix the issue. He knew what he was doing. He shut off the water supply so he can access the hard to reach space under the sink. He replaced the valve so it's easy to operate it. After turning on the water back on, he made sure the dishwasher can also be run assuring there are no leaks.
This is not the first time I have used the Young's. Their staff is very professional and knowledgeable.

Second time I have used Youngs. Each time excellent service and customer service. Teh technician diagnosed the issue 2 minutes inside my door. Went to store to pick up needed part and repaired our issue within 30 minutes. Very courteous and respectful. I would recommend Youngs to anyone.

As a seasonal dweller often when I come back to my NJ home after a winter there is always somthing that’s wrong. This time I had a plumbing issue in my bathroom and exterior of the home(also my hot water was out)The lady Kathy who helped me on the phone was absolutely amazing, super helpful and kind. She got me scheduled asap. Ryan was our technician. Super professional, speedy and amazing work. It was so wonderful to work with Youngs..I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I recently had a problem with my toilet. They scheduled the appointment very quickly and came to repair just as quickly. The technician found the problem right away and fixed it. The technician was very professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Their support staff that scheduled the appointment, and followed up with me, were great. Excellent service and support received on my request to install a new gas valve on one of the water heaters in my dual AO Smith water heater setup. Ryan was very helpful, professional, very knowledgeable and thorough in his work the whole time.

Young Water and Sewer provided excellent service. Our main sewer line flooded our house due to a break in the line. They were fast and efficient in replacing the pipe. It was an involved project. We had been dealing with an issue with our hot water heater pilot light constantly going off, nobody could resolve it. With 1 visit by your " Rockstar " technician, our problem was resolved. Thank you for everything. If we have any other issues, you guys will be or first call.

Very professional installation of a replacement water heater. This was a warranty replacement and the coordination was smooth. There were excess costs involved and I don’t quite know the detail but an expansion tank was added and a couple of other modifications to bring it up to current code.

When our sewer line backed up and needed replacement, I had just come home from the hospital following a bout with Covid. I was in quarantine and stayed isolated. Kim had someone there almost immediately to fix the problem. She then took over the project which required digging up our family room floor to replace the pipe. She was phenomenal! She determined what needed done and had her crew start immediately. Her crews were also terrific. They came on time, were considerate of our property and fixed the problem in just two days! They cleaned up so well you wouldn't know they dug up our floor. Kim was a strong advocate for us with the insurance company and handled everything. I strongly recommend Kim and her staff at Young's Water and Sewer.

Technician was polite and thorough, was kept updated about the progress of the claim. Completed earlier than expected

The technician made sure it the water heater was working properly on that day because it was peak winter. He made modification on our heater parts because it was old and parts are not anymore available.

Youngs came out to our home to fix an upstairs leak in the bathroom. We have not any issues at all. We would recommend them to anyone having plumbing problems.
