We had a fantastic experience. We worked with Seth initially. He quickly and efficiently worked through the basics with us. He quizzed us over other potential deductions we were able to use that we were unaware of. Lastly, we had a conference call with Kelly, who again made sure we weren’t missing any available deductions. This whole process was done over the phone and the computer as we live 3 hours away. We ended up with a refund after we hadn’t planned on one. They really did a great job!
