Xact Fence Solutions was not the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate, but based on our initial experience with Julio we were extremely comfortable with him and his knowledge of the product and legal requirements with regards to height, locks, property line stand-off, etc. In addition, their warranty was incredible and they use their own employees to do the work!

I was out of town during the install, but my wife was here and Todd did a great job of explaining and assisting where the fence should go with regard to our property line and to avoid any post on gas lines, electrical, cable and sprinkler system. Initially the wider gate (2 X 4’) was the wrong gate because of a supplier issue, but Todd and crew returned within a couple of days to install the correct gate. Not only did they do the install, they trimmed some branches and cut down a palm which was above and beyond what they had to do. Todd went as far as adjusting some hinges and latches on our outdoor shower fence and pool equipment fence. The quality of work at a fair price is so hard to find and both exceeded our expectation.

I returned home after the job was complete and inspected the work. I am as particular as anyone in this world and I can say with 100% that this job exceeded my expectations. It enhances our yard, increases our resale value, but more importantly it gives us peace of mind as our Australian Sheppard can run freely without being on a leash.

The fence is a 5’, 3 rail, black aluminum and perfect for security and aesthetics. The latches are on the top, so they are high enough to prevent a small child from opening them and they do have locks.
