I called after finding you online. Your staff called me back in a matter of 10 minutes after I left a message. Julio was out 3 days later. He gave me a quote on what I wanted but also on some things I was considering. Todd was great at keeping in touch for installation day with possible postponed days due to weather but ended up coming a day earlier than anticipated. I met the crew on my way out for work and once I returned my wife and I were elated at the quality of work. Couldn't be happier with Todd and his team! Julio was very prompt and friendly on coming out to inspect the area and provide the quote. And even though it was for a new pool that wasn't even started yet and was several months out, they kept the pricing good (after my deposit of course) and was extremely accommodating to the scheduling when it was time to get it installed with just a couple of days notice. I saw a lot of great reviews for Xact Fence Solutions so I decided to get a free estimate. I spoke with Julio and he was very quick in getting an estimate written up. I wanted a complete redo of the existing fence so the entire fence was to be replaced with gates on both sides and also one along the backside of the fence. I had a little trouble finding the original property survey but I eventually found it and was able to get the project started. The contract was easily taken care of via email and I was placed on the schedule. It was a little wait but not terrible. In the meantime, they took care of all the permits and contacting my HOA for approval which was great! They came as scheduled and what I thought would be at least a two day job was completed in one! Ernesto and his assistant (2-man team) were so quick and efficient, they were amazing. I have nothing but praise for them and...

He even prepared the ARC request for our HOA, a thoughtful extra service not typically offered by other fence companies, which greatly assisted us as homeowners. I contacted Xact Fence Solutions after fighting with our original fence installer over making repairs for hurricane damage. (They were too busy installing new fences to bother with a repair job.) Xact Fence came highly recommended by families in my neighborhood.

I contacted them and they got right back to me. They were more than happy to help me! They came out promptly to view the damage and gave me a reasonable quote. The office staff was very polite and contacted me to put my repair on their schedule. I was even contacted when they had an earlier opening and offered it to me.

They came out and repaired the fence (5 leaning posts and realign the panels.) They were efficient and professional. They also made no mess whatsoever in my neighbor’s yard on the other side of my fence (and no mess in my yard either!)
