Xact just finished our fence installation in Del Webb Viera. Salesman put together documentation for the HOA, and the crew of 2 men were here on time and did a fantastic install. Kudos to Vince, the Project Manager, that came to our house more than once before the install, due to some tight areas the fence needed to go through while avoiding existing irrigation lines. Vince also showed up the day of the install to make sure the crew knew what was expected, and he came back after they left for the walk through. The fence also followed a curvature around the pond in the back of our property, and looks great. We could not be happier.

If you are looking for a fence company to install a fence Xact Fence is the one . Daniel came out and gave the quote I didn’t know what HOA paperwork I needed, he told me the form I needed to file. There was a small change I wanted on my fence, called Todd man it was done. And don’t get me started on the install crew George doesn’t speak much English but man does he know how to put up a fence talk about straight lines a level. If you’re not sure about something talk with him and he makes it happen. I feel bad because his partner is awesome as well just can’t remember his name great team. They weren’t the cheapest quote I got but you get what you pay for. I am extremely pleased with the fence they installed and the quality of work they did and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fence.

I had a great experience all around with Xact Fence Solutions. their office coordinator, estimator, site survey, and installation crew were all professionals. Their materials and workmanship were top shelf. 80' of fence line is flawless and the best gate frame I've had. Welded heavy gauge aluminum will stand up to the sprinkler induced rust. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
