Our fence is fantastic. Once we decided we wanted one the entire process was made simple. Xact Fence obtained all necessary permits, met with us to discuss our wants, they walked the property the day before install and kept us informed throughout it all. Installation was completed in a day. We are thrilled with the results.

I was so happy with Xact Fence Solutions. I had been referred to them by my neighbor who had recently used them. The whole process went so smoothly, from the first quote from Daniel, to the amazing crew on install day. The price was less than I had expected, which was fantastic. On install day it only took about 4 hours to take down the old fence and put up the new fence for a side fence, a portion of back fence and a new 5 fr gate. That gate is impressive with a metal frame. The install timeframe was 3 to 5 weeks out, and it ended up being on the 3 week side. Just enough time to get my hoa approval completed. I plan to use them again when the other side of my fence needs redoing. Top notch company, I feel so lucky to have found them.

From start to finish this was a great experience. The quote was comprehensive and they customized lots of different options. The pricing was very competitive and they were very responsive to questions. The quoted a 3-5 week timeline and completed it within 2 weeks. Permit filing was immediate and they started the work within a couple business days of getting the permit issued. Our fence is beautiful and they competed it (a large job of 485 feet) all within 1 day. Very happy.

We called three companies when we needed a fence put up and Xact was the first to come out. providing a competitive price that we ultimately thought was the best it include a warranty that we appreciate. They were very professional and thorough throughout the process. The installation was scheduled as soon as our HOA approved the plans. On the day of installation, it was done quickly and well. We are enjoying our new fence.
