Xact Fence Solutions was not the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate, but based on our initial experience with Julio we were extremely comfortable with him and his knowledge of the product and legal requirements with regards to height, locks, property line stand-off, etc. In addition, their warranty was incredible and they use their own employees to do the work!

I was out of town during the install, but my wife was here and Todd did a great job of explaining and assisting where the fence should go with regard to our property line and to avoid any post on gas lines, electrical, cable and sprinkler system. Initially the wider gate (2 X 4’) was the wrong gate because of a supplier issue, but Todd and crew returned within a couple of days to install the correct gate. We purchased a property that had a fence and concrete pad that was partially installed on a small 15’ wide track. We tried purchasing the tract from a man that had purchased a bunch of odd pieces of property that was part of wet land area. We never could connected with the man that owned the property. Our neighbor located behind me purchased the tract next to his property and the tract next to my property. We received a letter from his attorney demanding that I remove the property encroachments. I paid to have the concrete removed, added fill dirt, and after Xact fence moved the gate and brought the fence inside our property line, we also installed sod. Xact fence did a great job. Now the neighbor is parking trucks and trailers on the small strip of land. Hoarders be hoarders.

A pleasure to do business with! Our old wooden fence had huge gaping holes in it and it was time for something new. Todd and his people were all delightful, and the brand new replacement fence turned out absolutely beautiful. The gates are all smooth as butter. I didn't know our property could look so lovely, but this new fence really shines and our dogs love it even more than we do! 11/10.. highly recommend!!

We live in a HOA community and Julio (who works for Xact Fencing) met with us, gave us a fair quote and then went out of his way to take care of all the necessary paperwork and permits which are required by our ARC Board for prior approval of installation. Once approved the installers started within a few days and the fence was completed in 2 days. Todd the owner was very involved with the entire process and answered all of our questions. It has been over 2 months now and we are very happy with the results! Todd's team are very professional, reliable, honest and performed exceptional workmanship! We highly recommend this "5 star" company!

Xact Fencing Solutions did a great job replacing my old chain link fence! They quickly came out and gave a reasonable estimate and followed up in a timely manner to complete the job in one day. Fantastic experience, well made fence.

One of our fence gates was damaged during Hurricane Milton and we called the original installer and they would not be able to get to us for quite a while. Our neighbor recommended Xact and I contacted Todd and Julio came out the next day to take mesaurements and give us a quote. The gate was repaired very soon after we received the quote and we couldn't be happier with the cost and the job that was done. We have even had other neighbors ask who we used for our fence and we told them to go with Xact instead of our original installer.

Todd and his team were Awesome! We lost a portion of our fence due to the hurricane. Todd and his team were able to get our pretty quickly to replace the portion of fence for us. We can't say enough about them! Highly recommend them for all your fence needs!

Very happy with the work preformed and a great quality product

I would definitely recommend Xact Fence...Todd was a true professional in working with me on several fencing options, reasonable pricing, but most importantly, the patience and professionalism he demonstrated when my fence install 'timeline' was delayed due to yard drainage problems. He consistently checked in with me during this time and was ready to complete installation (which they accomplished in a day) once all other yard issues were finished...excellent service!!!!
