I would definitely recommend Xact Fence...Todd was a true professional in working with me on several fencing options, reasonable pricing, but most importantly, the patience and professionalism he demonstrated when my fence install 'timeline' was delayed due to yard drainage problems. He consistently checked in with me during this time and was ready to complete installation (which they accomplished in a day) once all other yard issues were finished...excellent service!!!!

In years past, I/we have replaced/repaired our own fence. We had some hurricane damage; thought we would be weeks/months to get replacement fence. Getting older now and called Xact. Not only did they appraise quickly; they put us in the que and had repairs underway in short order. No more will I/we do it ourselves. They showed up on-time as promised; finished on-time; and hand built fence that is higher quality than you buy pre-built - and much more stable. Very nice owner and workers. Will call them again as needed.

During hurricane Milton preps, I backed a trailer into one of my fence gate posts. That weakened the post, and Milton finished the job and taking another section down with it. The gates were installed by previous homeowner and never worked properly. This was my chance to move the gates and have them installed properly. I called Xact Fence because my neighbor knew them, they came out the next morning and helped me with the design. I know this was a busy time for fence contractors, but Julio and Todd got on the job and had new aluminum gates welded up and everything installed within two weeks. Thank you, Rose

We were looking to have our fence ( 18 years old & part of the original development construction ) replaced since 90% of the posts were starting to rot as well as the pickets in the shadow fence design. We called Xact Fence Solutions and Todd came out to survey our property and offered quite a few options. However, being governed by an HOA our options were limited. We did however settle on replacing our fence with Cedar but with a Bulkhead design vs Shadow. Todds crew was phenomenal, professional and respectful of our property. They had removed the existing fence and installed the replacement in 1 day.....it was a long day but they finished and had the property and fence debris cleaned up. We would strongly recommend calling Xact Fence Solutions if you're in the market for a new look.

Highly recommend Xact Fence! You won’t find better pricing/customer service ratio anywhere else in the fencing industry. After a recent hurricane, they went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our selection and provided good ideas we weren’t aware were even possible. In addition to fencing, they also designed and replaced an arched aluminum entrance gate for us and their auto close gates are an absolute must have. They even had a solution to ensure our small dog wouldn’t get out of the new aluminum gate…puppy pickets for the win. Give them a call, you’ll be glad you did!

Not sure where to start with this review because Todd and Xact Fence Solutions continually knocked it out of the park from the start to finish of my fence project. First off, when Todd came for my estimate, he was extremely nice, humble, and professional, and I immediately got the sense that he wasn't there to just get my money like many of the other pushy fence companies try to do. The quote I received was the lowest compared to every other company I talked to. Additionally, I had just gone through a bad experience with another fence contractor that did not want to return my deposit after my contract was cancelled due to shady practices, and Todd recognized my hesitation and said he wouldn't need a deposit...

Extremely happy with Xact Fence Solutions….. They came in at the lowest price, they were on time and the materials, work, quality and Todd and his team were superb. Their cleanup was such that it did not look as though they had even been on the property. Their warranty is also outstanding. Outstanding work. Todd and his crew are exceptional with fences. They worked with me on a fair price and gave me generous military discount (far more than any other competitor’s quote) for a transparent deal. They installed my whole fence in one day with two gates and the end result is flawless. The workers were diligent and professional, and left the property spotless once the job was complete.
