I have bought a couple props from Nettle since they always have the best pricing. I was called shortly after purchasing my last prop to be informed that they did not have the prop in stock and it would be 3-4 days for it to ship. The owner talked over other prop options with me and I decided to wait for the 3-4 days for the prop to ship. Well, instead of having to wait 3-4 days for the prop to ship, it was already on my doorstep in 4 days. Great customer service and fast shipping. Definitely recommend Nettle!

I had a couple of questions which were answered very quickly and gave me all of the information needed to purchase the correct propeller for my 1993 Ski Natique. I was offered free shipping on the propeller that I'm returning for repair and also a coupon for $75.00 off the repair cost. My order was shipped the same day and the return was sent via email. Website was simple enough to narrow down my search for a replacement prop. The truly exceptional experience was when I called in to figure out the difference between some prop options and I somehow got ahold of the guru of props. Forgive me for not catching his name but his knowledge was mind blowing and assisted me with selecting the ideal prop for my boat. Will be sending my old damaged prop to them for repairs as well. J.T. is on top of things. Before he sent out the prop I ordered, he called and discussed the boat and what I was looking for. He instantly knew that the prop I ordered was not going to solve the issues at hand. He recommended another option. Furthermore before he sent that out, he called Power Tech and discussed it with their expert, who suggested another option. J.T. reached out to me again to discuss the recommendation. He knows his stuff and’s is persistent in getting to the bottom of the issue instead of just making the sale. They will have my future business.
