Nettle Props

Great service and superb support when I was looking for the "right" prop for my boat! Even thoug I live abroad in Norway they were highly service minded! Even got a couple if T-Shirts as well:-))

Bought an Acme prop from Nettle. They were very helpful and the price was the best I found.

Very informative. Fast shipping and results were exactly what they told me to expect. To top it all off they had the lowest price. Looking forward to dealing with Nettle Props again but not looking forward to damaging my prop.

Nettle has incredible customer service as JT helped me out of a jam a couple of weeks ago with a prop puller as no one in my area had that size. JT was great and very focused on customer service. They have a customer for life for my Prop needs. Thanks

A quick google search lead me here. I was looking to get my prop reworked. They quoted me at $55 bucks which I thought was a great price. However, the gentleman told me it wasn't worth it because the new prop for my 1969 Johnson 9.5HP was only $65! That beat all of the internet prices I saw and I searched high and low... I also saw a 5mph increase in top speed with the new prop from 18mph to 23MPH! This place is awesome. Great prices and great customer service.

Found them when I was searching for how to repair a prop. They gave me some great advice and I ended up getting an awesome deal on a new prop and how to fix my prop enough to be used as a spare. Really nice people and I'll be headed back there if ever I need help again.

I bought a power tech prop from nettles today and they had the best customer service. They were out of the prop that I wanted. So the guy called power tech to get one from them and then got back to me and had it ready to be shipped the very next morning. Great guys and customer service

I had rented a house at LBJ lake in Kingsland for Thanksgiving week, for a week of fishing and family. Upon arrival on monday using an unfamiliar ramp we hit something in the water and broke the skeg and damaged the prop. I called these guys at 7:30 am before they were even open for business, Austin answered and listened to me tell my situation then said well get it in here and we will see what we can do. I arrived about 2 hours later after having a flat on the trailer from being in a hurry and clipping a curb. Robert working the front talked with Austin and they take my boat back and go to work. these guys fixed my prop and welded my skeg which I had retained from the break back on my engine and had me repaired and even loaned me a giant hammer to fix my trailer wheel while I waited. Been using Nettle Props. for about 12 yrs now. Never once have I had a less than perfect experience.
Even stayed late for me one night about 9 yrs ago. I was on the way home from prefishing for a tournament, and some fine individual rear ended my boat jacking up the newly rebuilt prop from Nettle Props. I gave them a call about 15 min. before closing. They said "come on down. We will get it taken care of."
JT and his crew go far above and beyond the call of duty to take care of there customers. Absolutely the best customer service in there industry!

They fixed my prop shafts in about 30 minutes. This saved me a real pain in the a** job of replacing the entire shaft.

I needed a transmission bell housing for a truck that was seriously damaged welded and these guys came to the rescue! In under an hour and a half they were done and the finished product was solid!! Thank you Nettle!!!

I can't say enough good things about the quality of work I received, and the helpful staff at this shop, especially JT. I have a Bass Tracker and it was taking water in the keel, and when I found the fracture on the inside of the hull I needed a company that was efficient at welding aluminum, and Nettle's was the ticket. I took the boat to them on a Thursday and got a call on Friday that it was ready, and JT not only welded the fracture on the inside he ran perfect beads down both sides of the keel cap on the outside. I'm sure I won't have any more trouble there. Just recently I also developed a fracture in the hull back by the trailer skids, and when I took it to their shop for this JT not only welded the inside but because he was skeptical of the weakness of the metal he welded an aluminum plate on the underside.
