Robert is the most awesome guy ever took my hubbys prop in they had it fixed and I was on the road again in less than 1 hour gave us lots of things to sport at our next fishing tournament I really can not say enough about this place of business awesome I truly believe they are number 1 a first class business. I ordered a prop online. Nettle called me the next business day to say the prop I ordered was out of stock. They offered me an alternative and arranged to get it drop shipped to me. Excellent prompt service!

The service provided was great. They were priced far less even with shipping than my local boat Stealership who did not seem to want give me the time of day to take my money for an upgraded prop. The new prop came at the time promised and was packed expertly to prevent damage. They answered all of my questions on the phone and provided shipping and tracking notification promptly. Acme recommended Nettle when I called about my broken prop that needed to be replaced. If there were a perfect recipe every other retailer in the world should follow this would be it. This is how it should be. You call them and someone with a brain answers the phone. They know more about what they are selling than you do. They suggestive sell any other items they know you will need without any crazy pressure tactics. After they get your money you are still important to them, same day shipping with follow up emails. AND THEY DO ALL THIS AND ARE STILL THE CHEAPEST AROUND. !!!!!!!BRILLIANT!!!!!!!! Someone out there still gets it.
