The guys are super friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. I brought in my prop off my mercruiser alpha one. They had the parts in stock and were able to remove my old hub and press in a new hub for me within an hour.

They were excellent and very very fast. I had spun the hub and they overnighted me a new prop and it was perfect

I damaged my prop and needed a new PT VMX3 prop, did a google search and several dealers came up in the search, I compared prices listed and Nettles had the best price hands down. I ordered my prop and received it a couple of days later along with a coupon for 20% discount on the repair of my old prop. I really appreciate the fast and friendly service I received from Jaclyn at Nettles. All my future prop needs will be handled thru Nettles due to this transaction with them.

Great Customer Service. JT noticed by reading an e-mail that I ordered the wrong prop. He called me at 9pm at night to clarify what I needed and changed the order. Repowered our Searay 270 and needed to change prop. They put us in touch with company that made our current prop and they resized pitch for us to get the performance we needed. Ordered prop and some parts from Nettle, and all were delivered in a couple days to get us back on the water. Pricing was much better than I would have paid here in New England. There customer service is above excellent!! This is my second encounter with this dealer and they are great people!

I recently purchased a new prop from Nettle Props and after installing it, I realized I had a problem. The prop shaft splines were now exposed and I could't tighten down the prop. So, I emailed a picture of the problem to Nettle Props and JT Nettle emailed back that I was missing the AFT spacer. JT quickly made the part for me and now the prop is properly installed. Thanks again JT.

Nettle is one of those businesses you hope never changes. I've used them for 3 new prop purchases now, as well as a prop re-pitch and the turnaround time even in mid-Summer is way faster than anywhere else I've used. JT will take the time to give you his cell # and make sure you're getting the right prop before spending the money, but not to just make the sale and move you down the road. And on top of the great customer service, their prices are way lower than anyone else. I recommend Nettle to everyone that will listen!
