Exceptional, exceptional, exceptional. Before I'd found Nettle Props I'd placed an order through another company. Well, they dropped the ball and my weekend was about to be ruined but I was able to call Nettle Props, let them know what I was trying to make happen and they came through with exceptional customer service and communication. Now I'll be sending in my damaged prop for repair so I'm not in this pickle again. Thank you!

Amazing customer service ! I needed a prop asap. Ordered one from a different website that stated it was in stock. Came to find out it was back ordered. I called Nettles . They found a prop that would fit my boat and had it shipped out 1 day air. It should be here today. They saved my weekend and are amazing to work with. I will only ever use Nettles for everything! Great work guys! Keep saving weekends!

Hands down the only way to go when you’re in the market for a new prop!! I originally had ordered a new prop for my 250 VMax SHO and the owner called me himself to make sure I didn’t need a thrust washer too. After walking me through it and sending him pictures turns out I needed one of those too. Will definitely be the only propeller company I’ll deal with as long as I own boats!

Thanks for your help, finally got to take the boat out and try the prop. The Power tech RXB 4R16 pitch prop worked out great. My 15 Ft shallow sport planes out in 3 feet. Just what I needed. Will recommend. 👍👍👍

I thought customer service died when Covid hit us. I was wrong, it is ALIVE and well at Nettle Props. Kevin was incredibly patient assisting me in selecting the right new prop for my boat. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and I couldn't be happier with my final selection - at a reasonable price.

Ordered and shipped same day. Power Tech 3 blade SS. Popular size and pitch. Most other shops had this item at 3-6 week backorder. Will be having them repair current prop.

Nettle props is the only place I will go to for any boat prop work, questions, or purchases. They are the kind of place you find online and wish they were close, and lucky for me, Austin, TX is only an hour away. I'd work with them even if they weren't that close. It is rare that you can get the best price and also the very best service, but with Nettle Props you do! Their communication and response is great and they have had the prop I need in stock both times when I needed it.

Asked for their services from Québec, Canada. They were super accomodating. They made me a super price compared to the companies in quebec. I contacted them on monday and by sunday I received my propeller for my Nautique 210.

Needed an ACME prop last minute. Called Nettle, they didn't have stock, but they called ACME for me. ACME had one on the shelf. I placed order same day and paid for expedited shipping. Nettle understood the urgency of the situation and got the prop sent out in time. Best price I could find on the web too! Great service.

The service here is spectacular to say the least.
I worked with Kevin exclusively on getting me the correct prop for my skiff that has a jackplate.
He didn’t have one in stock but sent me one to try to try and check the RPMs to see where we were at. Going from aluminum to SS can be tricky but Kevin has great knowledge in this field. Hats off to Nettles and Kevin. I’ll be back in the future and send customers. Thank you.

Really good customer service. They answered the phone and then made calls to the manufacturer to find out exactly how long it would take to receive the prop I needed. Prices were lower than most places I checked too. Received the prop several days early as well, so would definitely recommend and purchase from again.

I came to Nettle with a tough end of season ask and that was finding a ACME prop for my mastercraft (bent the other prop this weekend). Needless to say they jumped through hoops to find me one that I can get within 3 days of calling them and puts me back on lake ready status for my birthday weekend!
