I can't say enough about these guys for their customer service, quality of work, and availability of the right prop when you need it. My first experience with Nettles was 8 years ago when a bent prop on the first hour of a long weekend trip threatened to derail our plans, and lo and behold Nettles had the right obscure prop on the shelf that was exactly what we needed to save the day. Since then, I've spent the last 6+ years working at a local Malibu Boats dealership and JT and his crew have always gone above and beyond to get our clients back on the water with minimal downtime. Truly a first-class operation in all facets.

Amazing service, a better version of Amazon for props. Banged up a prop, helped me fit a better prop for the boat and even refunded me money as the 2 day air was going to be as fast as ground. I like that honesty. Also, responded to emails in minutes. Literally minutes. Very impressed with the customer service and the product was as advertised. With my extra ballast I now can get on plane when maxed out.
