I bought a new prop for my Suzuki 200, of all the websites I searched, Nettle Props had the easiest website to navigate and find the exact prop I was looking for. Unfortunately they didn't have it in stock at the moment I placed the order but notified me immediately and asked if I wanted to continue or cancel order. ( 2 week delay) I continued the order and 2 weeks later it was at my door. Prop was exactly what I ordered fit perfectly. I will make all my future prop purchases from Nettle.

They took the time to explain the differences in props. I run a 24’ ShallowStalker 240Pro w/ SHO250. I had a Power Tech OFX. Great all around performance but with a bow lift design. The OFS 17 which is designed to get the stern up, was recommended and ordered. I was informed there was a back order of 4-6 weeks, and received updates from Nettles. Arrived last week! Great suggestion.
Went from 4600RPM at 35MPH to 3600 for same speed. Hole shot is impressive, boat jumps out of the water.

3hr drive there and back from my house. Worth every mile and drop of fuel! Went three shops in Lakeway. They said I needed to buy a new $400 prop. Nettle fixed mine in 10 min for $32 along with some good stories.

Best price on an Acme prop and great customer service! The prop I ordered shipped fast and they gave me a $50 credit towards prop repair, which I used on my older prop to get it back in great shape.

I can’t say enough Nettle’s and Mr. Kevin! I walked in with an old prop to repair and right away Kevin knew what kind of boat I was running and where I was running it. After talking for a few minutes he had me running a better prop that was better suited for my boat and style of fishing. Plus I walked out with a repaired prop. Can’t say enough about Kevin and the rest of the staff at Nettle’s. They have earned my business for life!

Nettles kept me updated on shipping and delivery as they didn’t have my exact prop/pitch in stock. I received the prop within 7 days. They told me I could swap for another pitch if needed. Very nice folks. Powertech VMX3 24 pitch is what I ordered. Great handling and rough water prop on my boat. For anyone interested, here are my prop performance numbers:

The VMX3 gives a lot of bow lift. It handles like a big 4 blade, and it’s easy to drive WOT. Best overall handling and choppy/rough water prop I’ve tried. It gives a very soft ride. Slip~3-4%. It’s a huge prop with a lot of rake and cup, so might...

I am very pleased with Nettle's service. I bought a boat second hand and discovered the PowerTech propeller had worn CushionLok rods. I ordered a spare propeller and 2 sets of new rods. Even though the propeller was 6 weeks lead time, they shipped me the rods I needed to repair my propeller. I can't wait to see how well they do repairing my current props dents and dings.
