Torching your prop is never a positive experience. That said, calling up Nettles to figure it out was. They took the time to look up my boat, ask what we liked to do on the boat, suggested prop based on our use case. I never felt rushed or pressured. They had contact for on water installation given our lake is too low for boat ramps to be open. While my goal is to not to repeat the experience, I would reach out to Nettle if something happened again. Derek

Excellent communications from when I placed my online order(which was on the weekend) until I received my prop 2 days later. As well as a discount on my first prop repair. You’re not going to find better service.

Terrific customer response. I had a few questions and they were all answered right away. I ordered a new prop and it was shipped the same day. Excellent service!

I had a minor issue with Nettles. I think the owner probably left a man-sized hole in the wall in the process of rushing to the phone to call me and make it right. He then went WAY above and beyond making sure a random customer that lives 1300 miles away was satisfied. Wow.

My problem now is that I'm torn between not wanting to hit another rock with my prop and wishing I could give more business to this place. Until the inevitable happens again I'll just need to make sure I spread the word to anyone that will listen on where to go for props.

You’d be a fool to shop anywhere else. Excellent customer service, I ordered two out of stock props Monday morning in-shop and they were at my door the next day somehow. Kevin even credited back a discrepancy in price from the website.

I have not received my prop yet, but I was able to order, and it shipped the same day. The price was very good and beat the boat products supplier I usually purchase from by $30. So far I am extremely pleased with Nettle Pops and they are from Austin, Tx which has got to be a plus ;)

Most importantly, be aware that:
1. Their prices for new props are better than most other retail outlets like WakeMakers; and
2. If you buy a new prop from them you get a $75 repair discount/voucher.

Some strange problem with Paypal they sorted it out, no hassle fixed everything and shipped internationally. Great, Thanks from Sweden.
