The windows are beautiful! The salesman worked with us on to find the style we wanted at a price we felt was reasonable. The install was done efficiently with excellent clean up by workers who were friendly and professional.

Came write on time fast efficient great people to work with.when original picture window was removed 4 people removed to make sure it wasn't dropped. These are the first 3 of 9 windows to be replaced. Great job.

We thought that the attention to detail and the installation was excellent. Marshall and Tyler were great salesmen and the installation crew headed by Dave was very attentive to cleaning up.

This is our third time using Carl and his crew at WOW.
Replaced all our windows in our old house in 2008.
Bought a different house in 2014 and replaced half of the windows in 2017.
Just finished living room and two bedrooms and front larson storm door in June.
Project complete and VERY PLEASED. with results, perfect color match, QUALITY installation, no corners cut, went above and beyond our expectations!!!!!

Our installers Dave, Shawn, and Corey did a fantastic job of installing our replacement windows. As promised by Jamie and Tyler our sales representatives, the installers replaced rotten OSB that was under the windows up to 3 ft away. We have been very happy with the windows and the overall experience.

Met salesperson Matt at the February 2022 Home Show in Appleton. Selected Windows of Wisconsin over two other vendors to replace all of my leaky, nonfunctional 1929 era windows and 1960s era storms. Waited until July for windows to be manufactured and then stain matched to my dark cherry trim. Professionals Mike, Travis, Jordan and Jon installed 24 windows with great attention to detail! I love how this project turned out: The style complements my character home and I’m noticing improved energy efficiency already!

Windows Of Wisconsin did an excellent job from the salesman Marshall to the entire installation team. Very reasonable cost, high quality windows and a very professional installation team. Crazy market with no response from many vendors or months after requests for quotes. Scott fromWindows of a Wisconsin responded within a week of my request. The final installation took three months after I ordered my custom windows, just as promised. Corey, Travis and Justin showed up 10 minutes early and were done with the install of my six new windows in four hours. My house was left clean inside out. All the old windows and debris were gone. The new windows are large and let in lots of light. They slide so smoothly and are easily removed for cleaning. I am very pleased! They make the rooms look refreshed and new!

Windows of Wisconsin was outstanding through the entire window replacement process. The salesman, Jamie, was helpful and responsive at all times without high pressure. Whenever I called the office with a question, I got an immediate response. They kept me up-to-date on the process through e-mails. The crew that did the installation was fantastic -- Corey, Sean & John. They were hardworking, professional and respectful of my property. My husband and I used Windows of Wisconsin in 1996-97 when the company was first getting going. At that time, we dealt directly with the owner of the company, Carl Hardtke. We were so impressed with Carl's honesty and professionalism, as well as the work performed by his crew.

My husband has since passed away and I moved to this new location. I was in need of windows, and I never even considered going anywhere else. WOW has expanded and although I did not work directly with Karl, I had the privilege of working with Patrick and the two installers, Mike and Travis. Their hard work, friendliness, and concern for me as a customer was impressive.

I will continue to refer others to Windows of Wisconsin in the event that they need new windows. In this day and age, it is refreshing to work with honest individuals. Thank you, Karl, Patrick, Travis and Mike.

This is the second house we have had Windows of Wisconsin come out to for install and product. They are so great to work with, excellent value and professional sales and installation team. With being a woman I've had bad experiences before with companies but I felt heard and respected all of the times we have used this company. Patrick was our salesperson and he was easy to work with an presented options for us in a timely and concise way.

We ended up going with a white interior color but have gotten wood stained previously at our last house. The options they had were perfect!

We love our new windows and sliding patio door! The installers were gr8, very friendly, they work like beavers, and left the place spotless. No complaints, two enthusiastic thumbs up!

We hired Windows of Wisconsin to replace some of the large 20+ year old windows in our home. Thom was very knowledgable about their products and steered us toward Marvin Infinity fiberglass insert windows and also provided useful suggestions on window type--for example, suggesting a canopy window to replace side by side small casements in our kitchen. He also met with us at the showroom after normal business hours, so that we could see the windows prior to signing on. Although everything is slow these days, our windows arrived in a reasonable timeframe, samples of stain matched fiiberglass material were provided for our approval, and the windows were installed in a few days (despite horrible weather that proved a significant challenege to the installers. The installation crew (Chris V., Justin, and Kris R.) were awesome, installing our very large windows in a timely manner and...

Windows of WI just completed replacing all of the windows in our house. It was a large project with 25 individual windows. We had secured a few competitive estimates during the sales process. But after a visit to the showroom and a few consultations with our salesman Thom, and we knew we had found a quality replacement window and a great company to work with. The estimating and contracting process was smooth and WoW kept us apprised during the manufacturing lead time with regular updates, so we never felt like we were forgotten or in the dark. I could write pages about our installation and the WoW crew. The crew lead Mike, along with Travis, Jordan, Ryan and Corey all did an amazing job. These guys were true pros and my wife and I could not be more pleased with their work. The team completed the project in 5-days and we felt as if we have made new friends with the good folks...

The Windows of Wisconsin group has been wonderful to deal with. The windows are beautiful and match the wood in my house perfectly. They found some rotted wood when putting the windows in and stopped everything to talk to me about it. I had 11 windows replaced in my house 2/2022. Salesperson was not pushy like others I met with. I believe a decent price for the windows - comparable to the others. Took 4 months to get them, a couple weeks before they thought. Kept me up to date on the whole process. Install was awesome, couldn't even tell they were here. On the last day, contractors showed me how to use them and all the features. Then salesman comes out to look at everything a few days later. Very impressed with the whole process. Not a cheap project but they were awesome! Love my new windows!!

We checked out numerous companies and Windows of Wisconsin ended up at the top of our list. From the initial visit by Thom to get the quote, to the recent installation by Mike, Corey, and Sean, to the final inspection by Thom; the entire process went great! They all did an amazing job, especially the installers working in some pretty cold conditions. We look forward to working with this great company again in the future.
