Windhaven Academy

Our daughter loves her teachers Miss Nia and Miss Kayla! She is always happy walking in to school and I know all the staff care about the kids. We’ve been going since our daughter turned 10 weeks and the transition was great, we will send our second to Windhaven without any reservations!

Windhaven Academy has truly been a blessing! As first time parents, we were concerned with our son’s transition to going to school. Nia has helped him every step of the way and built his confidence and verbal skills. Makaila recently started teaching his class. You can tell her passion and excitement in teaching kids new things. I love getting personal updates on my son’s progress and pictures throughout the day. He has been a student there for 6 months and loves seeing his teachers and friends! We are so glad to be apart of this family!

We have used Windhaven Academy for the past 3 years for both our kids. My daughter graduated from their first preschool class and attends in the summer. We love Miss Sarah and Miss Summer in my son’s class. The school offers great activities for the kids such has dance, soccer and other athletic activities. The Director, Miss India is the best along with Assia, the Owner. Our kids love going to Windhaven Academy.

There are not enough words to describe how much Windhaven Academy means to me and my family. In 2021 I was a first time Mom needing to come back from maternity leave when my daughter Melody was 2 months old. We initially brought her to a different daycare, and had a terrible experience. We reached out to Assia, the owner, who was able to work with us to get us in under our difficult circumstances.

We immediately felt the family atmosphere with the staff, and the true caring and attention they give our daughter. They are patient, understanding and extremely communicative. My husband and I have been in awe watching Melody develop, learn new skills, grow friendships and trust and the respect and love she's had for each of her teachers. 2 years later and we could not be happier with the decision we made.

Moved to Windhaven from another school earlier this year and have been very happy with our choice. Ms. Sarah, Ms. Natalie and Ms. Nikki are the absolute best teachers and really care about the kids and their wellbeing.

My child has been at Windhaven for a little over a year, and I can say it was a great decision for us to switch! The involvement and promptness of the front desk make the business side of things easy to navigate. However, the best quality of Windhaven is the dedication of its teachers. Ms. Natalie, Ms. Nikki, Ms. Bri, Ms. Lelia and Mrs. Sarah have made an impactful difference in my kid's experience. Every day, I'm impressed with Mrs. Sarah's ability to engage her class of 3-year-olds and help them navigate the physical and emotional developments for this age, which is not something to take lightly. The communication from the school is consistent, and if there is a problem Mrs. Sarah and others are ready to help address the concern. I'm not saying they have a magic wand to make everything the best, but they do have a dedicated team to help assist your child and keep them safe.

Our daughter has been going here for over a year and I can’t tell you what a comfort it is to see her happy to go to “school.” We have to include the names of her teachers Miss Nia, Miss Mikaila, Miss Leila in all our songs at home. Spending time away at work is made much easier knowing she is in a safe environment, being well taken care of and learning everyday. It makes me truly happy as a parent to have this type of daycare in our lives.

My kids love going to school here. Ms Nia, Ms Makaila, and Ms Nikki take great care of my two boys. This is by far the best school in the area that we have seen.

We have had a wonderful experience with Windhaven Academy! Our child enjoys going to school and loves his teachers, Ms. Mai and Ms. Izzy! They are patient, loving and kind with the kiddos and the front desk staff is welcoming and organized.

We have been at Windhaven for about a year and a half - with two littles. The infant room with Ms. Janelle and Ms. Angela is seriously the rooms that a parent’s dream is made of. They are so sweet and have such good energy - both my girls love them. I was so sad when my older daughter moved rooms and it will be such a sad/happy day when my youngest moves up!!

My older little is in the young toddlers with Ms Bailey, who is the best. My little girl talks about her alll the time and just loves going. She is so friendly and sweet.

Ms. Laila is another favorite face amongst all the great teachers - we love morning drop offs with her!! Same for Ms. Safa at pick up with the infants.

All in all, if you’re looking for a spot where you can feel at ease taking your kids to - I cannot say enough good things about the school & staff!!!

Our daughter has been at Windhaven for 13 months now and I cannot say enough about how great our experience has been. I’d like to give a special thanks to D’jamila, Liya, Ashton, and Taryn for loving on our little one while we’re at work. I love seeing the picture and video updates throughout the day and it’s obvious that they are all determined to help her continue to grow and learn. We definitely recommend Windhaven if you are looking for a loving experience for your little.

My daughter recently started at Windhaven Academy this fall. Great experience! Teachers are very caring and engaged. My daughter loves Ms. Liya, Ms. Ashton, and Ms. Taryn. And a very special shoutout to Ms. Djamila, who has SO much energy, works so hard, and treats my daughter like her own child. We will be very sad to leave her when we move up to the next classroom.

We started at Windhaven Academy almost a year ago and it was the best decision we’ve made! We have 2 children that go here and look forward to going to school every single day. When we toured the space we knew it was the right fit- VERY high security, VERY clean, and the staff is so nice and welcoming!
My 4 year old daughter, she’s been in Ms. Mai’s class and has absolutely loves her, she always makes my daughter feel important and teaches her many skills to be ready for pre-k.
My 1 year old son started in 101 and quickly transitioned to 102 with Ms.Natalie- who he absolutely adores! She was so great at comforting him and making him feel at “home”. He is now in 107 with Ms.Djmaila who he also loves! She is a wonderful communicator; she constantly sends updates in the apps and tons of pictures every day.

Ever since my daughter started here in September 2023, I have nothing but great things to say about Windhaven Academy! My family and I relocated from California, and the transition was so smooth for my 2-year-old. After a few months settling in, Ms. Nia and Ms. Makaila have done so good with getting my daughter comfortable in the classroom and helping her with potty training; My daughter absolutely loves coming to school every day! Thank you so much Windhaven Academy for being so good to us.

I'm a first time mom and was nervous about sending my daughter to daycare. All those fears melted away at Windhaven Academy. My daughter started at around 6 months old and the staff has been so loving, kind, attentive and really made me feel they care for her. So blessed to have Angela, Janell, Natalie and now Djamila and she connected with each of them so much. I also love that now she's in the toddler transition room, they have activities and a curriculum that is engaging so it doesn't feel like they are just waiting for time to pass till pick up. I highly recommend this daycare/preschool center to anyone looking for a place that will truly care for your child and get them prepared for a brighter future.

my daughter went to windhaven for a year and some months before going to head-start. during that time, she had two of the most amazing teachers. my baby absolutely adored ms. mai & ms. nikki, as do i! amazing, fun, & loving teachers!

This is such a good place. My son has been going there fore a long time know. They are really great with the kids. And on top of things. Ms. Nikki is the best he loves her so much and ms. May too.

Where do I start?? Windhaven Academy has been such a blessing to our family. Being a first time, mom it was important for me to pick the best daycare facility we could find. Windhaven is it! We toured quite a few but there was something about Windhaven. Our first point of contact was the owner, Assia. I can 100% say, she's the main reason we chose Windhaven. She made me feel at ease and took the time to answer all my questions over many phone calls before our little guy's first day (he started at 8 months and is now 2.5 years). The facility is amazing and we were very impressed with all the kid's rooms and everything they have to offer across the age ranges. The food menu- A+++++! We never worry about what he's going to eat because they provide well-balanced, nutritious food that he loves. Now to speak about the teachers. My daughter has going here for about 9 months now. We didn't find the class that matches her age when we started her here but the administration was kind enough to accommodate her in a class that is below her age. With that she had almost 3 class transitions, all of her teachers were very kind and patient throughout these transition periods. She has been in her current class for almost 5months now. Her teachers (Ms. Sarah and Ms. Summer) are absolutely the best. My daughter always looks forward for the show & tell, Music Monday's and splash Friday's (during the summer). Admin staff is friendly and food is great. We will recommend Windhaven Academy for any family/friends.

We recently transitioned our 2-year-old son to Windhaven from another nearby daycare. Ms. Nia and Ms. Makaila have been wonderful helping him adjust to a new environment! It seems like they do a good job balancing having structure and a little bit of a curriculum with letting kids be kids. We get so many pictures every day and honestly having the updates throughout the day of him clearly smiling and having a good time made the switch easier on this mama too!

Our family absolutely LOVES Windhaven Academy! We started our first daughter at Windhaven in 2021 and we have never looked back. Since day one Assia has made us feel so at home and the staff has taken such good care of our children! We always feel so informed and updated throughout the day about the kiddos through their amazing app. I feel so comfortable and confident while my husband and I are at work that our two children are taken such great care of.

Our oldest daughter is now in the 2's room and her teachers, Ms. Nia and Ms. Makaila are so amazing with her! She absolutely adores them and cant wait to see them at drop off in the morning.

Our youngest is in the infants room and his teachers, Ms. Janelle and Ms. Angela are absolutely great with him. They are so sweet and attentive to our 7 month old!

I have been with Windhaven for almost 4 years. As the preschool teacher I am just blessed and overjoyed to be apart of an amazing school, that I have had the honor to watch grow into what it is now. Last year I welcomed my baby boy Mateo. I was extremely excited to have him join Windhaven, because I knew exactly what this school offers. A healthy environment , great education, dedication and family centered but most important a loving atmosphere. Thank you Bailey and Cassandra for taking such good care of the little human who we adore the most. We cannot be more grateful for all you do not just for our son but for every child in your care. Our daughter has been at Windhaven since 2022, we are always greeted with a smile and a “good morning” by Ms. Mariana or Ms. India. Our daughter loves her days with her teachers, Ms. Cassandra gets her book ready when she gets there and Ms. Erin has daily feedback on how she did. Ms. Summer in the afternoon very quickly learned the kiddos names and is quick to communicate if we have any questions. Starting our daughter at Windhaven was THE BEST decision we could’ve ever made.

We have been at Windhaven for over 2 years and have loved our experience. The administration and teachers are extremely attentive and always listen to any feedback I have to share. We came to Windhaven after being at another private center and have really appreciate the daily updates and photos we receive from all of his teachers. Something else we have appreciated over the years is the organic food and menu items Windhaven provides. Not all centers pay close attention to the food choices provided and I really appreciate Windhaven's policies when it comes to providing healthy meal choices. My child's current teachers are Miss Hope and Miss Makayla and they are the best my child has ever had at Windhaven. Both teachers exhibit extremely positive attitudes and we love all of the actives the children are working on daily. Thank you Windhaven for being a wonderful child care center!

We started our 1 year old at Windhaven when I went back to work when she was 3 months, and Ms Janell and Ms Angela were great! She is now with Ms Euna and Ms Natalie and she gets so excited to see them both. We also transitioned our toddler from another daycare and Ms Nia made him feel so welcomed. He now loves going to Ms Sarah and Ms Summer’s class.

Ever since my son has been attending Windhaven, he has thrived! He loves going to school. I feel confident sending him knowing that he is good hands and well cared for. Ms. Hope and Ms. Makayla are so warm and kind to my son. My son loves them so much that he wants them to come to our house after school. Windhaven is a great school and you can tell the children are in great hands.

My son has been going here for over a year. I absolutely love everything and everyone here. His teachers Ms Makeyla and Ms Hope are the best!! My son loves it here. Is always excited to come every day.
