I have been a patient at Westerville Chiropractic since May of 2014 (so almost 2 years). I was initially referred to Dr. Brooks' office by my primary care physician after being involved in an automobile accident. When I called to schedule my first appointment I was informed of the intake process and when I arrived everything went as I was told it would. I was examined and evaluated, a follow up appointment was scheduled to review the the findings of that exam and evaluation and a treatment plan was then discussed and at my decision scheduled. I recently read a review by the spouse of a potential new patient written about a month ago and was shocked! The only "free or complimentary" massage I am aware of is one that is offered by certificate only given in the office for patients to give to other patients they refer (coincidentally, I was in the office the same time as this...

Came in with pain in right shoulder blade, Dr. Brooks helped get rid of the pain and is helping to fix some of the other issues I was having. I couldn't be happier and I feel so much better!!

Dr. Brooks, Dr. Harris and the chiropractic team at Westerville Chiropractic are knowledgeable, thorough, personable, professional and extremely organized. I highly recommend this office for anyone's chiropractic needs. I am so comfortable with this office that even my prize possessions (my children) receive treatment there. I have been working in Chiropractics for almost 9 yrs. I can honestly say Westerville Healthcare has been my favorite office. All of the patients are awesome, and the team that we have REALLY rocks! :)

Dr. Brooks and his staff have always been kind and friendly, i have been to a-lot of Chiropractors over the years and none of them have treated me like these people have treated me, They actually seem to care about your injury and not just slap you on the back of the head and send you on your way.. If you look at the other reviews that these negative reviewers have posted.. they are never happy with anything, you must consider the source and draw your own conclusions.

I found Westerville Chiropractic last year (2012) when I bought a Groupon for three one-hour massages. The Groupon included an optional consultation and x-rays, which I decided to do because of intense, persistent pain in my right hip.

Dr. Brooks met with me to go over my x-rays, which revealed that my pelvis was out of alignment. He outlined several treatment options as well as different payment options as I did not have health insurance at that time. I did NOT feel pressured to make an immediate decision about treatment.

I did decide to begin treatment at Westerville Chiropractic and could not be happier. First, my massage therapist, Maureen, is one of the best I have ever worked with. In addition to massage, I receive adjustments, most often from Dr. Sutton. Dr. Sutton is extremely personable, compassionate, and always offers words of encouragement...

I went to westerville Chiropractic for the first time last week and want people to know what a wonderful experience I had. The front desk personnal are so friendly and very helpful. Dr. Brooks is a great doctor, I saw him twice last week and twice this week and I am feeling much better already. I was also able to get a massage and what a difference in how I feel. My experience at Westerville Chiropractic and Physical Therapy has been wonderful! Both my mother and grandmother ended up being bedridden and I am determined not to let that happen to me. When I first saw Dr. Brooks, I had been having difficulties with my lower back, and found out there were issues with my 4th lumbar vertebra. (Coincidentally, this was the same place my mother's issues were.) After about 3 months of treatment with Dr. Brooks, I no longer have the difficulties I had been having, and my spine is almost in alignment. I am confident I won't end up in a wheelchair, and that is an amazing feeling!
