I was skeptical at first but man oh man I love the experience I’ve had here! It’s a one stop shop, which is super convenient for someone already in pain. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. They don’t push you beyond your capabilities but ensure you’re progressing. Dr K. Is hands on and very involved every step of the way. There is life without the pain, you just have to be willing to show up and put in the work.

I absolutely love Doctor Kaitlyn Brooks! I have been looking for years to get relief from scoliosis, back pain, neck, pain, migraines, etc. within the revisits she had me feeling better and now curving my back is straightening somewhat and my pain is lightning up. I don’t know what I do without her. Thank you Doctor Brooks!

I can't recommend Westerville Healthcare/Federal Injury Centers enough! I suffered work-related injuries involving my hand, lower back, and knee in two separate cases, and they got both of my claims approved incredibly fast. The doctors are outstanding and truly do everything they can to help manage your pain and get you on the road to recovery.
The physical therapy staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always takes the time to make sure you're getting the best treatment possible. But the person who deserves the biggest thank you is Amy. She goes above and beyond by helping with all the paperwork and making sure everything is completed correctly on your behalf. She made what could have been a stressful process so much easier.

As an athlete, keeping my body feeling good is really important. I was having a lot of hip pain because my hips were out of alignment, and it was affecting how I moved and performed. Since coming to Westerville Chiropractic, I’ve seen a lot of improvement. My pain is gone, I move much better, and I feel more balanced and athletic overall. Superb chiropractic experience. I'm 72, have a slight scoliosis and a history of falling off of bikes, motorcycles, a couple of horses and a half dozen or so bar stools. After a couple of months of visits I feel like forty years have been taken off of my actual age. Get your sporty life back and see Dr. Kaitlyn Brooks. She will do you right.

I have been with the team at Westerville Chiropractic for the better half of a year now. I am in the middle of a Bureau of Workers Compensation claim with my employer, and they have helped me every inch and step of the way.

Dr. K is fantastic with her hands and always knows exactly what needs aligned. The staff is so welcoming and lively every time I attend (which is weekly). As a BWC patient I tend to think people are annoyed with helping me, but I have NEVER felt pushed aside or anything like that here. They truly just want to help people improve, regardless their circumstances.

I cannot thank them enough. Amazing people who really care.

I have been going to this chiropractor on and off since 2023. They've always been nothing but kind and nice and very helpful with any problems that I've had. Yesterday I went in because I'm currently dealing with vertigo. I wound up being in the office for over 2 hours because of being so dizzy it took me a little bit to get through the treatment and what needed to be done. The whole staff in that office was nothing but kind, and patient with me. I didn't feel rushed even though I was the last one in that office lol. They were very kind and compassionate and if you've ever gone through vertigo before you know how much of a hell it is. I can't recommend this office enough as long as I'm in this area I will always go here.✨️

I had come in for my regular PT appt. and adjustment. And my back was hurting especially bad today so Dr. Kaitlyn Brooks and Crew put me through my specialized PT and Dr. Brooks gave me an adjustment. My back hasn't felt better since this pain began. Thanks for the help, everyone!

At 41, I've lost all pain and discomfort from soft tissue issues going back 20+ years. It was a transformative moment when I realized my body felt different one day, things moved in a way that felt more "right". Everything else quickly melted away and I'm now in pure maintenance mode.

Doing treatment and PT here surfaced the fact that I might be a candidate for hypermobility. Later I was officially diagnosed as having Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD). I've been to two other PT groups over the years and hypermobility never even came up, or was scoffed at while they had me focus on range of motion exclusively.

My range was never an issue.

Because of this diagnosis, I'm not like most of the people they help, but they were still able to identify the correct niche PT tailored to "me".

I look forward to the next 20...

Started working with the team at Westerville Chiropractic 2 weeks ago. The treatment including traction has been amazing. I had my first pain free nights sleep in years.
