I was in a car accident where I was hurt and had soft tissue injuries, among a few other things. I started seeing Dr. Brooks who was amazing from hello!! He was so kind and caring at every appointment. His staff and the office make it a really warm and friendly place to get chiropractic care. He helped me so much to feel like myself again. Dr. Brooks is awesome! He is very personable, professional and best of all he gets results. When I first started going to him my right ankle was in constant pain due to a severely tilted pelvis, and I could not walk without my orthotics. After a few sessions of treatment with Dr. Brooks, not only is my ankle pain free, but I have not worn my orthotics in weeks. The facility is clean, organized and operates very efficiently. The team of employees are very friendly, and they make everyone feel welcome and at ease. His assistant Ashley is very knowledgeable and conducts herself in an extremely professional manner. I went to Dr. Brooks after trying steroid injections and other miscellaneous medications for lower back pain. This was my first trip to a chiropractor and I have been very pleased with the results. In four weeks, my pain has gone from 9-10 to 5-6 pain level on a daily basis. Dr. Brooks and all of his employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They ask on every visit how you are feeling and if there is a special area they need to concentrate treatment today. I went Dr. Brooks office a couple months ago with lower back pain, skeptical of chiropractor care. My wife had gone to a chiropractor before and he just asked her what felt out of place or sore and then gave her a couple quick adjustments and sent her home. That was how every appointment she had with him went. After our first appointment with Dr. Brooks I could tell that he was serious about helping my wife and I fix our issues. He had us fill out paperwork, take x-rays, and then reviewed everything with us and set up a plan for us. I had never heard of chiropractors setting up a plan for their patients before. After going for the past two months have definitely noticed a drastic decrease in my lower back pain and my wife doesn't complain about headaches near as much. This place has a wonderful atmosphere, great people, and solid therapy. I went in over the course of the past several months for neck/upper back pain. After said time I went from having ~10% of the curvature in my neck to almost 32%! I can easily say the quality of my life has gone up drastically which is why I opted to continue to work with them over the next year to hopefully get up to 42! Highly recommend. :) Read more >

I have been a patient at Westerville Chiropractic since May of 2014 (so almost 2 years). I was initially referred to Dr. Brooks' office by my primary care physician after being involved in an automobile accident. When I called to schedule my first appointment I was informed of the intake process and when I arrived everything went as I was told it would. I was examined and evaluated, a follow up appointment was scheduled to review the the findings of that exam and evaluation and a treatment plan was then discussed and at my decision scheduled.
