I am really happy with the response time and attentiveness to my questions with all the agents here. This past year, I looked at GEICO online to see if it would be cheaper than what I was paying, and then I also looked at some sort of online insurance broker, (Esurance) and when I reached out to Tanya, she got me a quote which almost matched the ones I had along with my request to pay with credit card and monthly. I am glad to stay with Western Mass Auto Insurance because I enjoy having Tanya to call and have on my side when something happens rather than having to deal directly with the insurer. Read more >

The girls at the office are very friendly and extremely helpful! They saved me a lot of money, and even helped with paperwork filling for RMV. I can't believe they offer full registry services: new or transfer license plates, motor vehicle registration and renewal, or cancel your plates. I wish I found them earlier...
